我国商业银行个人理财产品同质性研究

【摘要】:除去储蓄与国债等传统业务,我国真正意义上的商业银行个人理财业务始于20世纪90年代。到目前为止,短短的十几年时间里,我国的商业银行理财业务取得了巨大的进步,尤其是近几年的发展,速度惊人。据普益财富的统计,2011年我国商业银行共发行理财产品19176款,募集资金规模达16.49万亿元,而2005年时银行理财产品发行数量仅597款,募集资金仅2000亿元。 目前,我国商业银行个人理财业务发展还处于初期阶段,在如此快速的发展过程中,难免会出现各种问题。对此,我国许多学者专门进行了研究,从已有的文献来看,最多的是较全面地研究我国商业银行个人理财业务的发展现状、存在问题及发展对策,也有一部分文献进行发达市场银行个人理财业务发展的比较研究;有一部分文献专门就其中的某个方面进行研究,如商业银行个人理财业务的定义及业务范围研究、理财产品创新问题研究、市场定位问题研究、绩效评价研究、风险管理研究等,还有一小部分文献进行银行理财产品的实证研究。回顾已有的文献研究,很多都提到了银行个人理财产品的同质性问题,但很少有文献专门对此进行研究,故而本文对该问题展开相关研究具有一定的理论意义。具体而言,本文的研究主要内容包括了以下几个方面: 1.近年来我国商业银行个人理财产品的发展变化特点及同质性表现和同质性影响。 2.我国个人理财市场的需求者特点、供给方特点及市场环境特点及银行理财产品同质性产生原因。 3.我国商业银行个人理财产品同质性的解决对策。 本文一共包括分为五章。其中,第一章为绪论,包括四部分,先对文章研究的宏观经济背景及当前我国商业银行个人理财业务的发展情况作简要介绍,然后依据不同研究的侧重点差异梳理当前关于我国商业银行个人理财的文献,指出本文的研究意义所在;接着介绍相关的基础理论,包括生命周期理论(包括消费与储蓄、产品、客户关系三类)、投资组合理论、资产定价理论、金融创新理论、产业组织理论等;最后介绍了文章的主要研究内容、研究方法及创新。 第二章包括了三个部分,分别是我国商业银行个人理财产品综述、银行理财产品同质性表现及同质性影响。其中,第一部分通过对近年来我国商业银行理财产品的发行数量及募资规模、发行主体的变化情况的描述分析,来展现我国银行理财市场的发展概况。通过分析可以发现,我国银行个人理财产品近年来发展数量增速与规模增速较快,平均发行规模具有向上增长趋势;市场供给主体渐渐增加,包括了大型国有商业银行、股份制商业银行、城市商业银行、农村商业银行、外资银行等类型,呈现出了多元化的特点。其中,发行数量方面,股份制商业银行领先地位,但发行募资规模上,国有银行则处于领先地位;而外资银行的市场占有率相比则较低得多。第二部分,文章通过对2011年和2010年我国商业银行理财市场的相关数据及市场发展情况的分析,指出了理财产品同质性的八个表现,即期限结构趋同、预期收益率趋同、风险收益特征趋同、投资标的资产类型趋同、目标客户群划分趋同、发行募资币种趋同、营销模式趋同、产品设计理念趋同及产品可复制性强等。第三部分,文章基于目前我国银行理财业务的发展情况及银行理财产品的同质性表现特征,从产品竞争力、投资者需求、银行理财行业竞争、不同类型参与银行的发展情况及行业长期发展等角度考虑,得出了银行理财产品同质性可能具有的影响,为文章后面部分的同质性问题研究作铺垫。 第三章是对我国商业银行个人理财产品的同质性原因进行探析,包括了三部分。其中,第一部分对是当前我国个人理财业务进行市场分析,主要从投资者的理财需求、除银行外的其他个人投资理财市场的特征、个人投资理财市场的供给主体及商业银行个人理财市场的市场环境等四个方面进行分析,从而得出包括投资者特点、其他个人投资理财市场特征、其他个人投资理财市场供给方优劣势及银行个人理财市场环境特点等信息,进而考察我国个人理财市场的市场环境特点,以便于文章后面基于我国的个人理财市场环境分析我国银行理财市场的发展,即在大市场的背景下分析其中的某个子市场发展。第二部分,于是在第一部分的基础上,对我国商业银行个人理财市场的特点进行总结与分析,分别从需求方特点、银行方面存在的问题、行业发展环境等三个方面进行总结与分析。第三部分,文章基于第二部分的总结与分析,对我国商业银行个人理财产品的同质原因进行总结,并将原因分为了银行内部与银行外部两类总结。 第四章,文章基于行业的长远发展考虑,从商业银行角度及行业监管角度两个层次出发,相应地提出同质性问题的解决对策,其中基于银行角度的解决对策包括建立并完善客户信息管理体系、细分客户群体并明确市场定位、储备专业技术人才、规划建设以客户为导向的产品线、建设并完善创新促进机制、完善营销主营销考核体系、积极发展中间业务并促进业务转型、积极进行投资者教育并加强客户培育、加强理财产品的品牌建设、加快银行体制改革等十个方面;基于行业监管角度提出的解决对策包括做好行业发展规划、降低银行垄断地位、加快金融衍生品市场发展、加强投资者教育并不断提高投资者素质、促进金融市场多元化发展并推进混业经营模式的早日实现等五个方面。 第五章,是对我国商业银行个人理财行业的发展前景的展望,并总结了文章存在的不足,即本文缺少对相关外文文献的研究,文章所引用数据由于没有官方统计,各种数据版本往往不一致,因而本文本着尽量引用有官方统计的、有较完整统计及较新版本的数据原则来采集数据,以求最真实地还原经济现象。 本文的创新之处在于选择了目前较少被研究的我国商业银行个人理财产品同质性作为研究对象,结合我国商业银行个人理财业务发展的具体市场环境因素,对银行理财产品同质性的表现及产生原因,从商业银行个人理财产品的供需两方相结合的角度进行研究,以求能够较全面的考察银行理财产品的同质性现象及提出较有针对性的解决对策。
[Abstract]:To remove the traditional business such as savings and national debt, the personal financial management of commercial banks in the real sense of our country begins in the 1990s. So far, in a short period of more than a decade, our commercial bank's financial management has made great progress, especially in recent years.
