我国创业板发展的问题及出路

【摘要】：经过十多年的准备,我国终于在2009年10月30日正式推出创业板,这在很大程度上健全了我国资本市场的发展形式。然而,资本市场对创业板的操纵并不尽如人意,由于对我国现有经济情况分析不够清楚,使得刚刚推出的创业板在一开始就显现出许多问题。文章就创业板在开设之初暴露的问题做以下分析,并据此提出几点意见。
[Abstract]:After more than ten years of preparation, China finally launched the gem on October 30, 2009, which to a great extent improved the development form of China's capital market. However, the manipulation of the gem in the capital market is not satisfactory. Because the analysis of the existing economic situation in China is not clear enough, the gem just launched has shown many problems at the beginning. This paper makes the following analysis on the problems exposed at the beginning of the gem, and puts forward some suggestions.
