后危机时期全球金融调控与管理的走向

【摘要】：:金融深化与金融稳定,防范金融风险与支持经济增长,资产价格波动与货币政策目标是宏观金融调控与管理中三对典型的矛盾统一体,经过国际金融危机的冲击,不得不重新思考其间的平衡关系。国际金融危机后,金融调控与管理的走向成为全球关注的焦点,新形势下改善及加强金融调控与管理需要着重三个方面的探索:探索金融宏观审慎管理模式,探索逆风操作模式,探索货币政策总量调控与金融市场差异管理、信贷政策差别对待相结合的模式。
[Abstract]:Financial deepening and financial stability, preventing financial risks and supporting economic growth, asset price volatility and monetary policy objectives are three typical contradictory unity in macro-financial regulation and management. After the impact of the international financial crisis, we have to rethink the balance relationship between them. After the international financial crisis, the trend of financial regulation and management has become the focus of global attention. Under the new situation, improving and strengthening financial regulation and management needs to focus on three aspects: exploring the financial macro-prudential management model, exploring the headwind operation mode, exploring the combination of monetary policy aggregate regulation and financial market difference management, and credit policy differential treatment.
