货币供应量统计口径变化的国际比较及对中国的启示

【摘要】：货币统计与货币层次的划分对中央银行的货币政策具有重要的影响。文章总结了近年来国际货币基金组织和美国等国对货币统计口经的调整情况,并且概括了这些调整变化中的一些共同特点。最后,结合各国货币统计变化的特点与中国的实际情况,提出了将银行卡下的居民储蓄存款纳入M1层次,将财政存款与非存款类金融机构在银行的同业存款纳入货币统计口径,以及增加广义流动性统计等建议。
[Abstract]:The division of monetary statistics and monetary levels has an important impact on the monetary policy of the central bank. This paper summarizes the adjustment of monetary statistics in recent years by the International Monetary Fund and the United States, and summarizes some common characteristics in these adjustments. Finally, according to the characteristics of the changes of monetary statistics in various countries and the actual situation in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as bringing the savings deposits of residents under bank cards into M1 level, bringing the interbank deposits of financial deposits and non-deposit financial institutions into the caliber of monetary statistics, and increasing the broad liquidity statistics.
