【摘要】：随着社会经济的快速发展、人们物质生活水平的日益提高和对旅游产品多样化需求的显著增加,海岛凭借其独特的自然生态资源和丰富的人文资源而备受大众旅游者青睐,海岛旅游发展成为了一种独具魅力的旅游产品。东澳岛位于珠海东南部,是珠海海岛旅游的经典岛屿。Z海岛投资有限公司以投资开发海岛旅游项目为主营业务,当前公司主要的海岛投资开发项目是东澳岛旅游项目。由于受海岛旅游开发资金、区位、行业竞争、项目品牌等因素影响,Z公司东澳岛旅游项目面临多方面的困难与压力。本文以Z公司作为案例进行研究,通过运用战略管理理论、企业环境分析工具和管理学方面的知识来分析研究Z公司东澳岛旅游项目发展战略。本文的主体结构共分为六个章节,第一章是绪论,主要介绍研究的背景、目的与意义,研究的方法与技术路线,研究的主要内容和文章的逻辑结构。第二章是旅游企业发展战略文献综述与评论。第三章是Z公司案例描述,介绍了Z公司的基本概况,项目建设现状和存在的问题。第四章是Z公司案例分析,运用PEST、波特五力模型对Z公司存在的问题进行分析。第五章是在对Z公司存在问题分析的基础上,制定Z公司东澳岛旅游项目发展战略和实施保障措施。第六章是论文的结论与展望。本文的结论是:Z公司在发展战略选择上应当采取差异化、多元化和品牌化相结合的发展战略,从而保证在海岛旅游项目的竞争优势,赢取更大的海岛旅游市场空间,推动公司持续健康发展。
