【摘要】：随着海峡两岸之间的交流越来越频繁，各种形式的交流也越来越多，尤其是在ECFA框架下，两岸之间的经济交流也更进一步，农业相关产业合作开始进入一个高峰期。山东省的农业经济，无论是发展规模还是发展质量，在全国范围内一直处于相对领先的位置，但是随着后金融危机的影响，传统的农业发展受到严重的冲击，瓶颈效应十分明显，于是以休闲产业为主要新兴农业就成为未来山东农业转型的关键。相对于处在成熟发展时期台湾地区休闲农业，山东休闲农业仍处于起步阶段，为实现两地的休闲农业发展更为密切的合作，在ECFA的贸易协定框架下实现同步发展，需从根本上找到两地在休闲农业合作发展过程中可能遇到障碍和不足，进而找到促进台湾和山东两省休闲农业合作互补路径，最终实现两者的共同发展之目标。本文正式在这样的背景下，首先在理论基础部分界定了研究范围，并介绍了国内外休闲农业有关文献；其次对山东省与台湾的休闲农业合作，进行可行性分析；然后，进一步分析鲁台两地休闲农业合作的现状以及存在的问题；最后根据存在的问题，对如何推进两地农业合作提出对策和建议，达到优势互补、合作双赢的目的。在两岸合作的大趋势下，加强鲁台两地的休闲农业合作研究，深入推进对台的农业合作，意义不仅在于促进两岸农业发展、提升山东的农业现代化水平，同时也可以为其他省、市实现休闲农业的发展与合作提供借鉴和经验。
[Abstract]:With the communication between two sides of the Straits have become increasingly frequent, various forms of communication are more and more, especially in the framework of ECFA, cross-strait economic exchanges also further cooperation in agriculture related industry has entered a peak period. Shandong province's agricultural economy, both the development scale and the quality of development, has been in the country in a relatively leading position, but with the effect after the financial crisis, the traditional agricultural development has been a serious impact, the bottleneck effect is very obvious, so the main emerging agriculture has become the key to the future of agricultural transformation of Shandong leisure industry in Taiwan area. Compared with the mature period of development of leisure agriculture, leisure agriculture in Shandong is still in its infancy, for to realize the development of leisure agriculture and closer cooperation, realize the synchronous development in the ECFA trade agreement framework, need to find two fundamentally In the process of the development of leisure agriculture, we may encounter obstacles and shortcomings, and then find a complementary path to promote leisure agriculture cooperation between two provinces in Taiwan and Shandong, and ultimately achieve the goal of common development between them.
This paper formally in this context, firstly, in the part of basic theory, define the scope of the study, and introduces the domestic and foreign leisure agriculture related literature; secondly in Shandong province and Taiwan leisure agriculture cooperation, conduct a feasibility analysis; then, further analysis of the current situation of Shandong Taiwan leisure agriculture cooperation and existing problems; finally, according to the existing the problems, to put forward countermeasures and suggestions of how to promote their agricultural cooperation, complementary advantages, win-win cooperation.
In the trend of cross-strait cooperation, strengthen the study of leisure agriculture cooperation Shandong Taiwan, to further promote agricultural cooperation with Taiwan, is not only to promote cross-strait agricultural development, improve the level of agricultural modernization in Shandong, but also for other provinces, the development and cooperation of city leisure agriculture to provide reference and experience.
