【摘要】:随着我国全面建设小康社会的不断推进和国民经济的持续快速增长,旅游业面临重大发展机遇,并赢得了社会各界的空前重视。湖南省在“十二五”旅游发展规划中明确提出,实施旅游强省战略,凸显旅游业民生产业的优势,满足高品质民生需求,充分发挥旅游业在增加就业、改善民生、提高扶贫开发水平、提升城市品位和城市经营理念等方面的作用。 城步历史悠久,,文化灿烂,拥有丰富自然与人文旅游资源。但目前的城步,作为一个国家级贫困县,经济发展增速不快,经济增长方式较为粗放,旅游规划及基础设施滞后,景区景点深度开发投入不足。通过对比城步周边地区的旅游资源,并对其旅游市场定位与旅游开发条件进行SWOT分析,本文确立了以“中国特种山地休闲度假旅游目的地”为城步苗族自治县的旅游发展总体定位,并指出在旅游产品开发上应采取“四结合”形式,即观光旅游、休闲度假和专项旅游相结合,节事举办与民俗体验相结合,突显优越的自然环境资源与深挖独特的民俗文化资源相结合,树立优势品牌与顺应市场需求相结合。同时,以区域独特的旅游资源为核心,通过互补性与组合化策略,积极融入大区域旅游产品体系中;通过差异化和个性化策略,塑造整体的城步旅游产品体系。最后,本文从概述、主要建设项目及其内容和营销推广活动等三个方面分别对城步旅游发展六个重点项目进行主要剖析。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the sustained and rapid growth of the national economy, the tourism industry is facing great opportunities for development. Hunan Province in the "12th Five-Year Plan" tourism development plan, the implementation of a strong provincial tourism strategy, highlight the advantages of tourism livelihood industries, to meet the needs of high-quality people's livelihood. Tourism plays an important role in increasing employment, improving people's livelihood, improving the level of poverty alleviation and development, promoting urban taste and urban management concept. Chengbu has a long history, brilliant culture, rich natural and cultural tourism resources. But the current Chengbu, as a state-level poor county, the economic growth rate is not fast, economic growth mode is relatively extensive. Tourism planning and infrastructure lag, scenic spot depth development investment is insufficient. By comparing the tourism resources around Chengbu, and the tourism market positioning and tourism development conditions of SWOT analysis. This paper establishes the overall orientation of tourism development in Chengbu Miao Autonomous County, and points out that the form of "four combinations" should be adopted in the development of tourism products, that is, sightseeing tourism. Leisure vacation and special tourism, festival events and folk experience combined to highlight the superior natural resources and dig into the unique folk culture resources combined. At the same time, with the unique regional tourism resources as the core, through complementary and combinational strategies, actively integrated into the regional tourism product system; Through the differentiation and individuation strategy, molds the whole city step tourism product system. Finally, this article from the overview. The main construction projects and their contents and marketing promotion activities are analyzed respectively in six key projects of Chengbu tourism development.
