【摘要】：随着经济的发展和人民生活条件的改善,我国的旅游业获得了较快的提升,在愈来愈热的旅游大军中,乡村旅游异军突起,成为了朝阳产业,是我国旅游业不可小觑的新增长点。乡村旅游不仅为久居闹市的居民提供了休闲放松的度假环境,而且推动了当地经济的发展,对社会主义新农村的建设起到了积极作用。当前,乡村旅游已成为我国旅游产业的首要支柱。国家“十一五”规划提出推进现代化社会主义新农村建设的重大历史任务,国家旅游局为更好地发挥乡村旅游在社会主义新农村建设中的作用,将2006年定为“中国乡村游”主题年。2007年中央一号文件提出要加大乡村旅游业发展力度。2007年中国旅游的主题是“和谐城乡游”,进一步促进了我国社会主义新农村建设与和谐社会的建设。2010年我国的旅游发展提出“回归自然,休闲度假”的口号,又回到了“中国乡村游”这个主题,使乡村旅游发展掀起了新的高潮。在乡村旅游大发展的背景下,研究马铺乡村旅游开发具有一定的现实意义。本文以云霄县马铺乡村旅游资源开发为研究对象,以乡村旅游开发基本理论为指导,采用文献查阅方法、实地调查方法、案例分析研究方法,围绕马铺乡村旅游资源开发这一主题,分析了马铺乡村旅游开发的基础条件、开发现状和存在问题,以婺源乡村旅游的成功案例为借鉴,对马铺乡村旅游开发的模式和产品进行了设计,同时提出今后开发马铺乡村旅游资源的保障体系建设,为马铺乡村旅游发展的实践提供有用依据。

Rural tourism not only provides a relaxing holiday environment for living the city residents, and promote local economic development, played a positive role in building a new socialist countryside.
At present, rural tourism has become the most important pillar of China's tourism industry. The national "11th Five-Year" plan proposed a major historic task to promote the new rural construction of socialism modernization, the National Tourism Administration to better play the role of rural tourism in the construction of new socialist countryside, 2006 as the "China Village Tour" theme in.2007 central the document proposed to increase rural tourism Chinese tourism development efforts.2007 the theme of "harmonious urban and rural tour", to further promote China's socialist new rural construction and the construction of a harmonious society in China.2010 tourism development put forward the "return to nature, leisure" slogan, returned to the theme of "Chinese Village Tour" the rural tourism development upsurge. In the development of rural tourism under the background of Ma rural tourism development has certain practical significance.
In this paper, Yunxiao County Ma rural tourism resources development as the research object, based on the basic theory of rural tourism development as the guide, using the literature method, survey method, case study method, Ma around this theme of rural tourism resources development, analyses the basic conditions of Ma Pu Xiang village tourism development, and the problems of development the status quo, the successful case of rural tourism in Wuyuan for reference, the Ma rural tourism development mode and product design, and puts forward the future development of Ma Pu guarantee system construction of rural tourism resources, provide useful basis for the practice of Ma of rural tourism development.
