【摘要】：我国历史悠久、地域广阔,农业资源丰富,乡村民俗文化丰富多彩,有着发展休闲农业乡村游的优越条件。休闲农业乡村游是最近几年来旅游发展的又一新大亮点,有效的融合了休闲农业和乡村游,以现代农业产业为基础支撑,以农村的民俗风情、古老文化以及现代景区为产业链条,融合的发展了一条以生态旅游为理念,联系一二三次产业的新道路。本文借助项目管理以及旅游管理中的相关理论知识,针对目前大洼区休闲农业乡村游发展规划中旅游产品体系不均衡,淡旺季节不均衡,各景区(点)联系不紧密,游客在大洼驻留时间短,文化旅游资源挖掘不够等问题,提出对大洼区整体项目规划和实施策略的思考。首先,针对大洼区现有的优劣势资源,运用SWOT分析法,对大洼区的旅游发展前景作出科学的分析,肯定大洼区发展休闲农业乡村游的前景。其次,通过贯穿大洼区全域的稻田慢行系统设计,整合全区所有的旅游资源形成产业链,再加上星罗棋布的民宿和14个镇街的重点项目规划,真正确定大洼区发展休闲农业乡村游的发展路线。最后,通过发展休闲农业乡村游项目的实施策略研究,希望大洼区实现旅游收入和游客数量爆发式增长,使休闲农业乡村游成为大洼区实现全面转型和全面建成更高水平的小康社会的新出路。
[Abstract]:Our country has a long history, vast area, rich agricultural resources, rich rural folk culture. Leisure agriculture rural tourism is another bright spot of tourism development in recent years, which effectively integrates leisure agriculture and rural tourism, and is based on modern agricultural industry. Rural folk customs, ancient culture and modern scenic spots as the industrial chain, the integration of the development of an eco-tourism concept. Connecting with the new road of 123 industries, this paper aims at the imbalance of tourism product system in the rural tourism development planning of leisure agriculture in Dawa area, with the help of relevant theoretical knowledge in project management and tourism management. Light peak season festival is unbalanced, all scenic spots (points) are not closely linked, tourists stay in Dawa for a short time, cultural tourism resources mining is not enough, put forward the overall project planning and implementation strategy thinking. First of all. In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing resources in Dawa area, this paper uses SWOT analysis method to make a scientific analysis of the tourism development prospects in Dawa area, and affirms the prospect of developing leisure agricultural rural tourism in Dawa area. Secondly. Through the rice field slow-moving system design throughout the Dawa area, the integration of all tourism resources in the whole area into an industrial chain, coupled with scattered residential and 14 town streets of the key project planning. Finally, through the development of leisure agriculture rural tourism project implementation strategy research, I hope that the tourism revenue and the number of tourists increase explosively in Dawa area. It is a new way to realize the overall transformation and build a higher level of well-off society in Dawa area.
