昌吉百里丹霞景区旅游策划与规划设计研究

【摘要】:随着人们收入水平的增加,空闲时间的增多,旅游成为了日常生活的一部分。近年来国家提出了产业结构调整的战略,旅游业成为了各级政府大力支持发展的绿色经济产业,旅游项目成为投资一大热点。然而旅游项目开发设计的技术路线基本还是传承城市规划的体系,未能够高度重视市场导向、经济效益等因素,单纯依靠规划不能彻底解决旅游项目的经济效益问题,必须引入市场营销相关技术方法。因此研究旅游策划与规划设计的综合运用技术方法对旅游项目开发有着现实指导意义。 本文以百里丹霞风景区为研究对象,参考国内外旅游策划与旅游规划相关理论和案例,结合项目实践操作,探讨旅游策划与规划设计的综合运用技术路线,总结得出操作可行的旅游开发设计流程,指导旅游项目开发设计。 在文化艺术、生态环境、市场营销、城市规划、园林景观等不同学科理论与技术的指导下,完成百里丹霞景区项目概念性规划设计,并分析研究旅游策划与规划设计综合运用的相关问题,得到以下结论: 1.项目开发条件调查结果表明:百里丹霞风景区位于新疆昌吉市西部,以侏罗纪丹霞地貌而闻名,南临天山北麓,景区内主要为林地,草原,耕地,水域,荒漠及少数乡镇。景区内自然人文景观资源丰富,尤其是康家石门子岩画,但是景区内交通状况较差,可进入性差。基于开发条件分析,提出项目开发可以利用的优势及需要解决的问题。 2.项目旅游市场调查分析表明:全国旅游大环境良好;新疆近年旅游增长迅速,主要以观光旅游为主;昌吉市旅游资源丰富然而东西区域发展不平衡,,西部发展滞后;本风景区与新疆其他开发景区相比优势不明显,与丹霞地质类风景区相比开发较晚,知名度不高。基于景区内外市场条件分析,挖掘景区的差异性、寻找景区开发的切入点,提出景区开发需要有明确的主题定位、市场定位和开发方向。 3.在策划的相关理论问题探讨中,综合考虑开发条件和旅游市场分析,确定以主体性、本土性、体验性、游乐性、持续性为策划原则;打造中国首个情景式地质主题公园,提出以侏罗纪丹霞地貌、远古塞人岩画、北疆风光为核心,构建民俗体验、度假养生、露营自驾、田园观光四大产品特色体系,以乌昌石城市圈龙头景区的姿态面向全州、全疆以及全国的5A级休闲度假旅游目的地为总体目标。 4.在策划的相关技术问题探讨中,提出旅游资源和旅游市场决定旅游产品设计,以规划设计为执行实施手段的开发思路。基于项目自身特色、市场定位、主题定位、目标定位,确定业态分布和功能布局,并分别设计核心吸引产品和辅助产品。 5.提出百里丹霞风景区构想:在策划制定的总体定位、主题定位和市场定位的指导下,落实业态分布和功能分区的要求,本项目划分为地质探险区、文化体验区、休闲度假区三大区域。地质探险区围绕“丹霞赤壁,地理长廊”主题展开;文化体验区围绕“远古圣坛,七彩山河”主题展开。休闲度假区围绕“天赐碧玉,地心奇境”主题展开。为体现项目的可操作性,包括总体规划和专项规划两部分。 6.为指导百里丹霞风景区实施,提出旅游项目开发分阶段实施策略,制定景区开发具体实施步骤,以实现方案落地。 旅游策划与规划设计综合运用的理论和技术随着旅游业的不断发展,也会提出不同的要求,出现不同的综合运用模式。为适应快速发展的旅游开发需要,旅游策划与规划设计有机结合是必然,甚至在不久的将来可能会发展成另一个新学科,这需要不同领域的技术人员协同努力和创新。
[Abstract]:With the increase of people ' s income and the increase of leisure time , tourism has become a part of daily life . In recent years , the state has put forward the strategy of industrial structure adjustment , and tourism has become a hot spot of investment . Based on the research object of Baili Danxia scenic spot , this paper , with reference to the theories and cases of tourism planning and tourism planning at home and abroad , discusses the comprehensive utilization technical route of tourism planning and planning design , and summarizes the feasible tourism development design process and guides the development design of tourism projects . Under the guidance of the theories and technologies of different disciplines such as cultural art , ecological environment , marketing , urban planning , landscape and so on , the conceptual planning and design of the project is completed , and the problems related to the comprehensive utilization of tourism planning and planning design are analyzed , and the following conclusions are obtained : 1 . The survey results of the project development condition show that the Baili Danxia scenic spot is located in the western part of Changji city of Xinjiang . It is famous for Jurassic Danke landform . It is mainly composed of woodlands , grassland , cultivated land , water area , desert and a few towns in the northern foot of the Tianshan Mountains . The natural human landscape resources in the scenic spot are rich , especially the Kangjia Shimen rock paintings , but the traffic situation in the scenic spot is poor and the accessibility difference is poor . Based on the development condition analysis , the advantages and problems that need to be solved can be put forward . 2 . The survey of the project tourism market shows that the national tourism environment is good ; the tourism in Xinjiang is fast , mainly based on sightseeing tourism ; the tourism resources of Changji City are rich , the development of western development is not balanced , and the development of the western region lags behind ; this scenic spot is relatively late in development compared with other development areas in Xinjiang . 3 . In the discussion of the relevant theoretical problems of planning , the development conditions and tourism market analysis are comprehensively considered , and the principles of subjectivity , local property , experiential property , pleasure and persistence are determined . The first scenario - based geological theme park is established , and the four product characteristics system is proposed . 4 . In the discussion of the related technical problems , it is proposed that the tourism resources and the tourism market decide the design of the tourism product design and plan the development thought of the implementation means . Based on the project ' s own characteristics , the market positioning , the theme positioning , the target positioning , the determination of the distribution of the industry state and the function layout , the core attraction products and auxiliary products are designed respectively . 5 . Put forward the concept of Bailidan xia scenic spot : under the guidance of overall positioning , theme positioning and market positioning , the project is divided into three major areas of geological exploration area , cultural experience area and leisure resort area . The geological exploration area is unfolded around the theme of " the red wall and the geography corridor " of " Danxia " . The cultural experience area is unfolded around the theme of " Long Gu Shengtan , QiCaishan River " . In order to reflect the operability of the project , including the general planning and special planning . 6 . To guide the implementation of the Baili Danxia scenic spot , put forward a phased implementation strategy for the development of tourism projects , and formulate specific steps for the development of scenic spots to achieve the implementation of the scheme . With the development of tourism , the theory and technology of the comprehensive utilization of tourism planning and planning will also put forward different requirements and different comprehensive utilization modes . In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of tourism development , the organic combination of tourism planning and planning design is inevitable , and even in the near future , it may be developed into another new subject , which requires the cooperation and innovation of technical staff in different fields .
