【摘要】:随着经济社会的高速发展,中国会奖旅游行业客户主体增多、活动类型多样化、项目常态化,市场逐渐规模化。会展行业的蓬勃发展促进了会议服务、展会服务、公关服务、活动服务、餐饮服务等诸多关联企业的兴起。行业进入门槛低,中小会奖旅游企业数量众多。经过十几年的快速发展,行业逐步向成熟期过渡,中小会奖旅游企业正经历一个危机四伏又曙光无限的矛盾时代。会奖旅游产品的无形性、服务产品生产与消费的同步性,以及服务的不可储存性、感知评价差异性等特性决定了中小会奖旅游企业在实际经营管理中敏锐发觉环境因素的变化,权宜应变的重要性。所谓权变管理是企业的经营管理方法随着外部宏观环境、产业环境、内部组织环境变化而变化。国内学者对于权变理论在会奖旅游企业的应用研究相对较少。但是权变管理理论对于中小会奖旅游企业经营管理有着很强的适用性,合理利用权变思想,能有效的改善企业的经营管理,助力企业运营目标的实现,规避行业脆弱性,应对环境因素的影响,求生存、谋发展。本文总共由七部分组成:第一部分:绪论。主要通过行业数据研究及海量文献总结,阐释论文研究的背景,研究思路、研究方法,构建论文研究架构,探寻论文研究的意义所在。第二部分:文献综述。通过文献梳理,界定论文提及的相关概念,总结国内外研究成果及现状,进一步论证论文研究的理论及实践意义。第三部分:中小会奖旅游企业权变经营管理的宏观环境因素分析。宏观环境作为“权变管理”的重要因变量,对于企业经营方向有导向作用。第四部分:中小会奖旅游企业权变经营管理的产业环境因素分析。产业环境切实决定着企业的业务定位,经营难易及盈利水平,是企业权变经营管理的重要环境变量。第五部分:中小会奖旅游企业权变经营管理的内部组织环境分析。同等外因下的企业组织环境对于企业的盈利能力、营运能力、发展能力及发展动向起着关键性作用。第六部分:“权变经营管理”在中小会奖旅游企业的案例分析。以两家德国华人会奖旅游公司的详细经营案例对比剖析权变管理对于企业运营的各方面影响。第七部分:结论及展望。通过对中小会奖旅游企业权变经营管理的宏观、产业及组织内部环境的全方位分析,得出权变管理的核心在于处理好环境变量与管理变量之间的关系;实质在于实事求是,一切从实际出发;学以致用,活学活用是权变管理成功的关键。笔者期望通过论文对自己多年从业经历加以系统梳理和总结,也希望能给以行业人士、尚未入行的莘莘学子以及创业者们提供参考借鉴之意。
