【摘要】:随着我国冬奥会的成功申办,冬季体育旅游项目逐渐被人们所关注,借助冬奥会的契机,河北省各级政府也正在努力探索,积极营造河北省旅游强省建设氛围。遗憾的是目前针对河北省冬季体育旅游的理论探索尚少,尚未形成系统的理论,可供借鉴参考的适合河北省开展的现有开发模式不足,从而导致实践开发过程中难以把握机遇与挑战,将影响相关体育旅游工作的开展。本文以河北省冬季体育旅游资源的开发为研究对象,以构建符合区域特征的河北省冬季体育旅游开发模式为目的,旨在科学合理的挖掘河北省冬季体育旅游资源前提下,发展冬季体育旅游产业,既可以丰富体育旅游项目体系,改善河北省传统旅游产品的结构,延伸休闲产业链,促进旅游与冬季运动项目的融合,还可以提升河北省冬季体育旅游文化小镇的城市标签,既符合国家对于41号文件,《促进体育消费的若干意见》的宗旨,又优化了产业结构,使其成为新的经济增值点。该文主要运用了文献资料、逻辑分析、调查法、案例分析等研究方法。对冬季体育旅游的基础理论,河北省冬季体育旅游资源以及资源的分类,河北省冬季体育旅游的开发现状、开发内容、开发的模式,效应等进行其相关理论分析并运用生态系统论、体育经济学与旅游经济学、区位优势论、市场营销与互联网+体育的思维及其相关理论构建河北省冬季体育旅游开发内容的构想及市场开发、互联网平台开发、开发模式等“多米诺”链效应的可行性探讨与分析,并提出相关的对策。本文的主要研究内容:一、国内外该项目的发展现状与主要研究视角,及冬季体育旅游概念与类型特点的综述。二、河北省自身发展具备条件与发展的现状。三、将市场与项目开发相关理论运用于河北省冬季体育旅游开发的理论探讨分析中,并最终为适合河北省的冬季体育旅游开发模式的应用做铺垫。四、通过对研究结果的探讨与分析发现河北省冬季体育旅游开发中存在中的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。主要结论如下:目前国内冬季体育旅游自主品牌占有率低,河北省冬季体育旅游客源市场以京津晋鲁等为主,潜力巨大。笔者根据体育旅游分类标准,符合河北省资源开发的冬季体育旅游可分为2个主类、6个亚类和若干的具体旅游活动项目。笔者从旅游项目开发与游戏设计原则等方面,构思了滑冰智力接力、雪地迷宫、滑雪(滑冰)CS游击、雪地信任背摔、冰面碰碰撞5个项目和滨海线、冀北高原线和中部平原线三条体育旅游路线的理论规划,适合河北省冬季体育旅游模式的构建应根据区域经济文化政策与自然地形地势特点进行混合开发。
[Abstract]:With the successful application of the Winter Olympic Games in our country, the winter sports tourism project is gradually concerned by people. With the help of the opportunity of the Winter Olympics, the governments at all levels in Hebei Province are also making great efforts to explore. It is a pity that the theoretical exploration of winter sports tourism in Hebei Province is still few and no systematic theory has yet been formed. The current development model suitable for Hebei Province is insufficient for reference, which leads to the difficulty of grasping the opportunities and challenges in the process of practical development. This paper takes the development of winter sports tourism resources in Hebei Province as the research object, in order to build a winter sports tourism development model in accordance with the regional characteristics of Hebei Province. In order to explore the winter sports tourism resources scientifically and reasonably, to develop the winter sports tourism industry can enrich the sports tourism project system and improve the structure of Hebei traditional tourism products. Extending the leisure industry chain to promote the integration of tourism and winter sports projects, but also to enhance the winter sports tourism cultural town of Hebei city label, both in line with the national document 41. The purpose of "promoting Sports consumption" is to optimize the industrial structure and make it a new point of economic increment. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature, logical analysis and investigation. Case study methods. The basic theory of winter sports tourism, Hebei Province winter sports tourism resources and resources classification, Hebei Province winter sports tourism development status, development content, development model. Effect and so on its related theory analysis and uses the ecosystem theory, the sports economics and the tourism economics, the location superiority theory. Thinking of Marketing and Internet Sports and its related theories; the conception and market development of winter sports tourism in Hebei Province, the development of Internet platform. Development model and other "domino" chain effect feasibility study and analysis, and put forward the relevant countermeasures. The main research content of this paper: first, the development of the project at home and abroad and the main research perspective. And winter sports tourism concept and type characteristics of a summary. Second, Hebei own development conditions and development of the status quo. 3. Apply the theory of market and project development to the theoretical analysis of winter sports tourism development in Hebei Province, and finally pave the way for the application of winter sports tourism development model suitable for Hebei Province. 4. Through the study of the results and analysis of the winter sports tourism in Hebei Province in the development of existing problems. The main conclusions are as follows: at present, the domestic winter sports tourism independent brand share is low, Hebei Province winter sports tourism tourist market is mainly Beijing, Tianjin, Jin and Lu. According to the classification standard of sports tourism, the winter sports tourism in accordance with Hebei Province resources development can be divided into two main categories. From the aspects of tourism project development and game design principles, the author conceives the ice skating intellectual relay, snow maze, skiing (skating CS guerrilla, snow trust back fall). The theoretical planning of five ice collision projects and coastal lines, three sports tourism routes of the northern Hebei plateau line and the central plain line. The construction of sports tourism model suitable for winter in Hebei Province should be developed in combination with regional economic and cultural policies and natural topographic features.
