临清市运河文化旅游地产开发项目风险管理研究

【摘要】：本文主要对项目风险管理的理论知识做出了详细阐述,具体包括项目风险管理的概念和内容,随即对项目风险管理的过程展开分析,以便为后续的文化旅游地产开发方面的探究提供充分的理论依据。介绍了文化旅游产业项目风险管理的具体理论,具体包括了文化旅游地产开发项目的相关风险,项目开发的风险管理过程与识别方法。针对风险管理的相关办法,提出了当前提高文化旅游产业开发项目风险管理效率的相关措施。本文以文化旅游开发项目期的具体实例对项目风险管理的措施和手段进行了进一步说明。通过介绍当前临清市运河文化旅游产业的地产开发项目,进而对其项目开发前期相关风险的识别、评价与应对展开了深入研究。在对文化旅游地产开发项目期风险管理的相关理论和实例进行分析的基础上,对文章的研究成果进行了总结,在对产业项目风险管理做出进一步分析的基础上,对临清市运河文化旅游产业地产开发项目风险的应对措施展开深入研究,对旅游地产项目开发的未来发展做出了进一步展望。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly describes the theory of project risk management, including the concept and content of project risk management, and then analyzes the process of project risk management. In order to provide a sufficient theoretical basis for the follow-up research on the development of cultural tourism real estate, this paper introduces the specific theory of project risk management in cultural tourism industry. Specifically includes the cultural tourism real estate development project related risks, project development risk management process and identification methods. This paper puts forward some relevant measures to improve the efficiency of risk management of cultural tourism industry development projects. This paper further explains the measures and means of project risk management through the concrete examples of cultural tourism development projects. This paper introduces the real estate development projects of the canal culture tourism industry in Linqing City. On the basis of analyzing the theories and examples of risk management in the cultural tourism real estate development project, the paper makes an in-depth study on the identification, evaluation and response of the related risks in the early stage of the project development. On the basis of the further analysis of the risk management of industrial projects, the paper makes a deep study on the countermeasures of real estate development project risk of the canal culture tourism industry in Linqing city. The future development of tourism real estate project development is further prospected.
