传统民居经济功能提升路径研究——以重庆市安居古镇为例

【摘要】：【目的】旨在通过对传统民居经济功能提升模式进行梳理和总结,为安居古镇以及广大的传统民居调整产业结构、转变经济发展模式提供借鉴与参考。【方法】借助文献归纳法和田野调查法两种研究方法,注重突出理论与实践相结合。【结果】通过广泛查阅文献、书籍等资料,梳理和总结出传统民居经济功能提升的"民居+旅游"("传统村落+观光农业"、"古镇+观光休闲")模式、"民居+文化"(民居+生态博物馆、民居+文化创意园、民居+影视文化创作)模式、"民居+农业"模式。【结论】将梳理出的传统民居借鉴功能提升模式与安居古镇实际情况相结合,在综合分析安居古镇资源禀赋以及经济发展存在问题的基础上,提出安居古镇可以走融"休闲农业、古镇休闲游、文化体验游"为一体的多元化经济发展之路。
[Abstract]:[objective] through combing and summing up the economic function promotion mode of traditional residential buildings, adjusting the industrial structure for Anju ancient towns and the vast number of traditional houses. The transformation of economic development model provides reference and reference. [methods] with the help of two research methods of literature induction and field investigation, emphasis is placed on the combination of theory and practice. [results] through extensive reference to the literature. Books and other materials, combing and summing up the economic function of traditional houses "residential tourism" ("traditional village tourism agriculture", "ancient town sightseeing and leisure") model. The model of "folk house culture" (folk house ecological museum, folk residence culture creative park, folk house film and television culture creation). "dwelling agriculture" mode. [conclusion] combed out the traditional residential function promotion model and the actual situation of Anju ancient town combined. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the resource endowment of Anju ancient town and the existing problems in economic development, this paper puts forward that Anju ancient town can take the road of diversified economic development that integrates "leisure agriculture, ancient town leisure tour and cultural experience tour".
