乡村旅游组织管理者行为影响因素研究——理论模型与相关研究命题

【摘要】：提高乡村旅游组织绩效、促进乡村旅游产业发展、顺应农业供给侧结构性改革的需要是当前农业经济的重要研究课题之一。从组织管理视角上看,当前关于乡村旅游组织管理者行为及其影响因素的研究相对匮乏。文章通过界定乡村旅游组织管理者行为,构建了"环境—主体意识—管理者行为"理论模型,在理论分析的基础上提出相关研究命题。分析认为,乡村旅游产业外部环境(地区经济、农村社区、政府与非政府组织支持)、内部环境(组织结构、经营年限)和管理者自身特质(知识、经验、社会资本)均会对管理者行为产生影响;而管理者主体意识则在产业内外部环境、自身特质与管理者行为之间起到中介作用。
[Abstract]:To improve the rural tourism organization performance, promote rural tourism industry development needs to adapt to the agricultural supply side structural reform is one of the important research topics in the current agricultural economy. From the management perspective, the current organization of rural tourism management behavior and its influencing factors is relatively scarce. Through the definition of Rural Tourism Organization management behavior, construction the theoretical model of environment consciousness - management behavior ", on the basis of theoretical analysis and put forward relevant research propositions. The analysis thinks, the rural tourism industry external environment (regional economy, rural communities, non-governmental organizations and government support), internal environment (organizational structure, operation time and the management of their own (characteristics) social capital, knowledge, experience) will impact on the behaviors of managers and managers; subject consciousness in the industry and external environment, their own characteristics and management behavior It plays a mediating role.
