新农村建设视角下的乡村旅游发展因素及其评价

【摘要】：[目的]改革开放以来,乡村旅游业迅速发展,社会主义新农村建设中提出大力乡村旅游,但发展结构单一、建筑资金不足、资源浪费等许多问题对新农村建设发展乡村旅游造成了一定程度的阻碍,因此在此背景下对其因素分析势在必行。[方法]通过查阅文献及对专家问卷调查等方法,对乡村旅游发展中存在的一些问题进行分析研究。应用物元模型多层次地分析乡村旅游现状,通过对指标体系的评价探讨乡村旅游业存在的问题及需要改善的方面。[结果]当前乡村旅游发展等级为3级,发展趋势一般,仍有很大的提升空间。且资源、环境及开发3个指标中自然资源在乡村旅游发展中起着重要作用,发展旅游的同时环境保护也是不可忽略的重要组成部分。[结论]文章基于物元模型及评价体系清楚地分析了当前乡村旅游发展的因素主要是乡村自然资源,全面提升我国社会主义新农村建设,必须加快乡村旅游发展的步伐。
[Abstract]:[objective] since the reform and opening up, the rural tourism industry has developed rapidly. In the construction of the new socialist countryside, great efforts have been put forward in rural tourism, but the development structure is single, and the construction funds are insufficient. The waste of resources and other problems have caused some obstacles to the construction and development of rural tourism in the new countryside, so it is imperative to analyze the factors in this context. [methods] by consulting the literature and questionnaire to experts, etc. This paper analyzes and studies some problems existing in the development of rural tourism, and applies the matter-element model to analyze the present situation of rural tourism in a multi-level manner. Through the evaluation of the index system, the problems existing in the rural tourism industry and the aspects that need to be improved are discussed. [results] the current level of rural tourism development is 3 levels, the development trend is general, and there is still great room for improvement. Among the three indicators of environment and development, natural resources play an important role in the development of rural tourism. While developing tourism, environmental protection is also an important part that can not be ignored. [conclusion] based on matter-element model and evaluation system, the paper clearly analyzes that the main factors of rural tourism development are rural natural resources. In order to promote the construction of new socialist countryside, we must speed up the development of rural tourism.
