海盐南北湖旅游开发现状与对策研究

【摘要】：旅游业随着经济社会进步,已经成为发展势头强劲,发展规模扩张迅速的产业之一,其在经济社会发展中的产业地位、经济作用日益凸显,对城市经济的拉动性、社会就业的带动力以及对文化与环境的促进作用日益显现。南北湖旅游资源丰富,旅游市场广阔,市场开发潜力巨大,发展旅游业是加快当地经济发展的一项重要举措。近些年来,南北湖旅游开发虽然已经取得了长足的发展,但是还存在着一些亟待解决的问题,主要表现为旅游产品单一、规划建设不合理、管理体制欠缺、生态环境下降等等,这些问题制约着南北湖旅游业的进一步发展。本文研究的重点是南北湖旅游资源开发现状及发展对策研究,主要应用了SWOT分析法,对南北湖旅游业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了全面的分析,旨在通过对南北湖旅游开发现状的分析,找出发展所存在的问题并针对问题着眼于不同侧面,制定出相应的发展策略,以期使南北湖旅游业能尽快突破发展瓶颈和障碍。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分为引言,简要说明本文研究的背景、目的和意义。第二部分为理论基础与文献综述,通过对国内外旅游资源开发的模式、路径的归纳和梳理,总结出旅游资源开发的国内外研究现状。第三部分为研究地概况,介绍南北湖自然地理条件、所在地社会经济条件,分析南北湖丰富的旅游资源条件和开发现状等。第四部分为南北湖旅游开发的SWOT分析。第五部分为结论和政策建议,提出合理开发南北湖旅游资源,促进当地旅游业发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the economic and social progress, tourism has become one of the industries with strong development momentum and rapid expansion of the scale of development. The driving force of social employment and the promotion of culture and environment are increasingly apparent. The South and North Lake is rich in tourism resources, has a vast tourism market, and has great potential for market development. The development of tourism is an important measure to speed up the development of local economy. In recent years, although the tourism development of the South and North Lake has made great progress, there are still some problems to be solved urgently, mainly showing that the tourism product is single. Unreasonable planning and construction, lack of management system, decline of ecological environment and so on, these problems restrict the further development of tourism in the Northern and Southern Lake. This paper mainly applies the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the tourism development of the Northern and Southern Lake, in order to analyze the present situation of tourism development in the Northern and Southern Lake. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which aims at finding out the problems existing in the development and aiming at the different aspects of the problems, so as to make the tourism industry of the Northern and Southern Lake break through the bottlenecks and obstacles of the development as soon as possible. The second part is the theoretical basis and literature review, through the domestic and foreign tourism resources development model, path induction and combing, The third part is the general situation of the research area, which introduces the physical and geographical conditions of the South and North Lake, the local social and economic conditions, the development of tourism resources at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the abundant tourism resources condition and present situation of the South and North Lake, 4th part is the SWOT analysis of the South and North Lake tourism development, 5th part is the conclusion and policy suggestion, and puts forward the reasonable development of the south and north lake tourism resources. Countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of local tourism.
