北京市休闲农业发展优势研究

【摘要】：随着人们消费水平的提高和消费心理的日益成熟,旅游消费渐趋理性化和个性化。人们的旅游需求也发生变化,从过去追求看多个景点的走马观花式游览型转变为现在追求放松身心的休闲度假型。人们更多的选择乡村地区作为旅游目的地,更喜欢到广阔的郊野放松身心,体验乡村生活和参与农事活动。北京休闲农业的发展从20世纪80年代后期开始起步,由于观光农业迎合了都市人亲近自然、休闲娱乐的消费心理,越来越多的城里人愿意到农村“吃农家饭,品农家菜,住农家屋,干农家活,娱农家乐,购农家品”,巨大的旅游市场需求使得休闲农业蓬勃发展。本文以资源基础理论为出发,通过对资源基础理论、发展优势理论与休闲农业发展相关文献的整理,构建出本研究的分析架构。本文通过问卷调研的方式向北京休闲农业经营者征询意见,借助描述性统计分析、因子分析、信度分析、典型相关分析和回归分析等统计工具,对征询结果进行定量思考。研究结果显示,北京休闲农业在自然景观、地理位置、生态资源、蕴含人文资源、服务质量、创业精神、与同行业者或其他行业者较好的合作能力等项目上具备经营竞争条件。作者认为北京休闲农业在今后的发展中,经营者应扬长避短充分做大做强核心优势资源,同时也强调北京市农委要在重点政策扶持上加大投入力度,减少不必要的“约束管制”,实现北京休闲农业的可持续、健康发展。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's consumption level and the growing maturity of consumer psychology, tourism consumption is becoming more rational and individualized. Instead of looking at a number of scenic spots in the past, we have changed from a casual tour to a relaxing one. People choose more rural areas as tourist destinations, and prefer to relax their bodies and minds in the vast countryside. The development of leisure agriculture in Beijing started in late 1980s, because sightseeing agriculture caters to the consumption psychology of city people who are close to nature and leisure and entertainment. More and more city people are willing to go to the countryside to "eat farm food, taste farm vegetables, live in farm houses, do farm work, entertain farmers and buy farm products." the huge demand of the tourism market makes leisure agriculture flourish. Based on the resource-based theory, this paper collates the literature related to the resource-based theory, the development advantage theory and the development of leisure agriculture. Through questionnaire survey, this paper seeks the opinions of leisure agriculture operators in Beijing, and makes use of statistical tools such as descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, canonical correlation analysis and regression analysis. Quantitative thinking on the results of the consultation. The results show that leisure agriculture in Beijing contains human resources, service quality and entrepreneurial spirit in natural landscape, geographical location, ecological resources, The author thinks that in the future development of leisure agriculture in Beijing, the operators should take advantage of their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses and make the core advantage resources bigger and stronger. At the same time, it is also emphasized that the Beijing Agricultural Commission should increase investment in key policy support, reduce unnecessary "restraint and control", and realize the sustainable and healthy development of leisure agriculture in Beijing.
