我国旅游景区投资模式研究

【摘要】:我国即将迎来旅游业飞速发展的黄金时期,消费和投资是促进旅游产业发展的两驾马车,而旅游投资更是在旅游产业发展中发挥着主要作用。目前存在旅游投资机制不健全、投资结构不合理以及融资渠道较少等一系列问题,导致旅游投资成为限制旅游业发展的瓶颈,因此为旅游投资提供理论指导和参考已经成为我国旅游业发展的迫切需要。现有的国内外相关研究工作尚未全面建立旅游投资的理论框架,研究方法主要基于问题描述和案例分析等定性研究,给出的对策主要源于传统投资的案例经验,缺乏深入的理论指导。对旅游景区投资模式进行理论研究,如何发挥政府财政导向投资和市场机制导向投资方式的优势,弥补其缺陷;如何构建依托原赋景观的非经营性景区和依托人工开发景观的经营性景区的投资模式,运用创新的投资方式为景区建设注入资本,从而为建立系统的景区投资体系,促进旅游景区的可持续发展提供理论和实践依据。 本文首先综述了国内外学者在旅游投资方面的相关研究,根据公共品理论、投资理论和发展经济理论,对文本涉及的概念进行界定,并从宏观视野论述了我国旅游业投资的总体概况,分析我国旅游投资来源、投资流向和主要业态分布,剖析了当前旅游投资存在的困境。基于旅游景区投资和建设所依托的是其旅游资源和产品价值,分析我国旅游景区现有的主要两种投资方式。在分类研究旅游资源和旅游产品的基础上,构建依托原赋景观的非经营性景区和依托人工开发景观的经营性景区的投资模式,提出改善旅游景区投资的政策建议。从而,为我国景区投资模式的研究提供理论支撑和实践路径。 本文的创新点主要在于:一是对旅游资源和景区产品进行了分类,针对不同的旅游产品和旅游景区提出了政府主导、市场配合和市场主导、政府调控等投资模式;二是构建依托原赋景观的非经营性景区和依托人工开发景观的经营性景区的投资模式,提出从加强基础设施项目宏观调控、实施旅游景区项目分级分类指导、拓宽旅游景区内企业投资渠道、改善旅游投资环境等政策建议。
[Abstract]:China is about to usher in the golden period of rapid development of tourism. Consumption and investment are the two carriages to promote the development of tourism industry, and tourism investment is playing a major role in the development of tourism industry. A series of problems, such as unreasonable investment structure and lack of financing channels, have led to the bottleneck of tourism investment, which limits the development of tourism. Therefore, providing theoretical guidance and reference for tourism investment has become an urgent need for the development of tourism in China. The research methods are mainly based on qualitative research such as problem description and case analysis. The countermeasures are mainly derived from the case experience of traditional investment and lack of in-depth theoretical guidance. How to give full play to the advantages of government finance oriented investment and market mechanism oriented investment, how to make up for its defects, how to construct the investment mode of the non-profit-making scenic spots relying on the original Fu landscape and the operating scenic spots relying on artificial development landscape, The innovative investment method is used to inject capital into the construction of scenic spots so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the establishment of systematic investment system of scenic spots and the promotion of sustainable development of scenic spots. This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars in tourism investment related research, according to the theory of public goods, investment theory and development economic theory, the text involved in the definition of concepts, It also discusses the general situation of tourism investment in China from the macro perspective, and analyzes the source, direction and distribution of tourism investment in China. This paper analyzes the difficulties existing in the current tourism investment. Based on the tourism resources and product value, the investment and construction of tourist attractions depend on them. On the basis of classifying tourism resources and tourism products, this paper analyzes the two main investment modes of scenic spots in China. On the basis of classifying tourism resources and tourism products, the investment patterns of non-profit-making scenic spots relying on the original Fu landscape and the operating scenic spots relying on artificial exploitation are constructed. The paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the investment of scenic spots, thus providing theoretical support and practical path for the study of the investment mode of scenic spots in China. The innovation of this paper mainly lies in: first, the tourism resources and scenic products are classified, and the government leading, market coordination and market leading, government regulation and control are put forward for different tourism products and scenic spots. The second is to construct the investment mode of the non-profit scenic spots relying on the original Fu landscape and the operating scenic spots relying on the artificial development landscape, and put forward to strengthen the macro-control of infrastructure projects and carry out the classification and classification of tourist scenic spots projects. To widen the investment channels of enterprises and improve the investment environment of tourism and other policy recommendations.
