基于“慢城”理念的高淳乡村旅游开发研究

【摘要】：“慢城”起源于慢餐运动,意大利四个小城联合发起“慢城运动”并确定了“慢城”的概念,随后“慢城”在欧洲及以外的地方蓬勃发展,极大地推动了旅游业的发展。高淳桠溪“生态之旅”是一个美丽的乡村,也是我国第一个被授予“国际慢城”称号的小镇。从国内外学者对“慢城”及乡村旅游的研究文献来看,二者的研究内容大多与本地的实际情况相结合,与各地的风土人情,乃至国家的经济、社会相适应。乡村旅游在我国兴起的时间不长,各地对乡村旅游的开发逐渐显现出一定的特色,而将“慢城”理念融入乡村旅游的发展在我国尚处于初始阶段。本文立足于“慢城”理念下高淳乡村旅游开发的角度,在“慢城”已有研究成果的基础上,对“慢城”概念及相关理念进行了梳理分析,对“国际慢城”案例进行了评析。结合中国首个“慢城”——高淳桠溪“生态之旅”的建立,本文提出高淳旅游开发宜引入“慢城”理念,并以此推动乡村旅游发展。本文分析了高淳乡村开发的现状及存在问题,得出发展“慢城”理念下乡村旅游开发的可行性,继而通过对高淳在地理位置及自然资源、区位交通、历史文化底蕴、经济基础、已取得的成效等方面的条件优势进行分析。在此基础上,本文提出了“慢城”理念下高淳乡村旅游开发的对策：合理开发、功能分区,体现高淳的“慢城”特色；深度挖掘,开发系列“慢”旅游产品,营造“慢城”效应；通过多元开发,打造、推广“慢城”品牌；高品质旅游管理建立“慢城”旅游品牌；利用高淳“慢城”旅游品牌,创建营销管理团队等。总之,对高淳乡村旅游的开发,既要充分注重“慢”的特质,又要体现乡村特色,还要注入现代化信息元素；既要突出高淳生态田园文化,也要彰显“国际慢城”的休闲理念。希望本文的研究成果能对高淳乡村旅游的开发实践起到一定的指导和借鉴作用。The Study of Gaochun Rural Tourism Industry Based on the
