港中旅集团信息门户项目解决方案研究

【摘要】:港中旅集团经过几年信息技术的发展,建设了完善的OA系统、BI系统、信息系统控制和其他计算机系统,但系统不断扩大,也带来了控制难度。对于如此众多的系统,用户信息统一身份控制,一直是一个难题,存在信息孤岛的应用系统之间,用户很难记住多个用户名和密码。集团面对着信息系统之间数据访问共享等控制不足的问题,同时系统之间信息数据访问,也缺乏有效的统一控制。因此,必须要建立一个功能齐全的企业门户,以便更好地解决港中旅信息企业面临发展中的问题,增强加强内部控制,降低了维护服务的劳动成本,为企业带来更大的优势。 本文首先阐述港中旅基于合并集团全体员工信息和合作伙伴的控制平台,所有系统的内容、过程的文档和有效信息都需要整理,信息必须通过自上而下的传递、自下而上汇报,提供给业务分析平台进行整合。随后通过建立一个更完善的垂直门户系统,整合业务流程,从而提高总部工作效率,内部控制。包括门户建设的关键性、功能应用、规划方案、平台设计方案所有这些信息问题在建设过程中,迫切需要通过技术整合实现门户提供给员工一个好的工作平台的门户网站。该项目是通过香港中国旅行社集团香港综合门户建设,通过门户系统负责提供应用平台基础设施一体化,通过系统之间安全用户登录,个性化的内容显示,内容控制,协作和服务;门户与其他应用系统之间,实现统一用户认证、用户授权控制、门户与OA、消息、Bi和企业控制信息系统的应用集成控制,建立在一个基于员工使用简单的角色不同的应用界面,各门户系统集成功能包括与业务系统集成带来的价值,各个系统单点登录SSO的实现原理与LDAP整合方案。最后要通过具体项目实施进度,同时有效的项目控制对该项目起到了指导的作用,包括项目推进的基本过程的优化,项目组织架构的建立确保干系人的责任,项目实施计划确保进度和质量,最终成功实施并完成了项目验收和推广
[Abstract]:After several years of development of information technology, the Hong Kong China Travel Group has built a perfect OA system, information system control and other computer systems, but the system is constantly expanding, and it also brings control difficulties. For such a large number of systems, The unified identity control of user information has always been a difficult problem, there are isolated information between application systems, it is difficult for users to remember multiple user names and passwords. The group faces the problem of insufficient control of data access and sharing among information systems. At the same time, there is also a lack of effective unified control over the access of information data between systems. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a full-featured enterprise portal in order to better solve the problems facing the HKTS information enterprises in their development and strengthen internal controls. Reduce the labor cost of maintenance services, for the enterprise to bring greater advantages. This paper first describes the control platform of HKTS based on the information of all the employees and partners of the merged Group. The contents of all systems, the documents of the process and the effective information need to be sorted out, and the information must be transmitted from top to bottom. Reporting from the bottom up and providing integration to the business analysis platform. The integration of business processes through the establishment of a more complete vertical portal system, thereby improving the efficiency of work at headquarters, internal control, including the key to portal construction, Functional application, planning scheme, platform design, all these information problems in the construction process, There is an urgent need for a portal that provides a good working platform for employees through technology integration. The project is built through the Hong Kong Comprehensive Portal of Hong Kong China Travel Service Group. Through the portal system responsible for providing application platform infrastructure integration, through the system security user login, personalized content display, content control, collaboration and services; between the portal and other application systems, the implementation of unified user authentication, User Authorization Control, Portal Application Integration Control with OAA, messaging Bi and Enterprise Control Information Systems, built on a different application interface based on employees using simple roles, Each portal system integration function includes the value brought by integration with business system, the realization principle and LDAP integration scheme of single sign-on SSO for each system. At the same time, effective project control plays a guiding role in the project, including the optimization of the basic process of the project advancement, the establishment of the project organizational structure to ensure the responsibility of stakeholders, the project implementation plan to ensure the progress and quality, Finally successfully implemented and completed the project acceptance and promotion
