天山托木尔峰南坡地区旅游发展模式创新研究

【摘要】：天山托木尔峰南坡地区主要包括阿克苏地区和阿拉尔市,该区旅游资源丰富,资源禀赋呈现出自然遗产属性,但缺乏统领旅游资源的宏观框架,旅游产业发展缓慢,结构失衡,自然生态环境脆弱性和不确定性也给旅游发展提出了挑战。通过对天山托木尔峰南坡地区旅游资源的实地普查,对其旅游资源进行定性评价。基于历年阿克苏地区和阿拉尔市国民经济与社会发展统计公报、年鉴和实地调研数据,分析了该区旅游产业基础和存在的问题。基于历史文献和实地调研对该区自然环境基础进行了剖析。基于资源基础、旅游产业基础及自然环境基础,认为国家公园模式是契合天山托木尔峰南坡地区旅游发展需要的理想模式,提出了创建"天山托木尔峰国家公园"的战略方针。
[Abstract]:The south slope of Tomur Peak of Tianshan Mountain mainly includes Aksu area and Alar City. The area is rich in tourism resources and natural heritage attribute of resource endowment. However, it lacks the macro framework to dominate tourism resources, and the tourism industry develops slowly and its structure is out of balance. The vulnerability and uncertainty of natural ecological environment also pose a challenge to tourism development. Through the field survey of tourism resources on the southern slope of Tomur Peak, Tianshan Mountain, Based on the statistical bulletin of national economic and social development in Aksu region and Alar City over the years, yearbooks and field research data, This paper analyzes the foundation and problems of tourism industry in this area. Based on historical literature and field investigation, this paper analyzes the natural environment foundation of this area, based on the foundation of resources, the foundation of tourism industry and the foundation of natural environment. The paper holds that the national park model is an ideal model to meet the needs of tourism development in the south slope of Tomur Peak, Tianshan Mountain, and puts forward the strategic policy of establishing "Tomur Peak National Park of Tianshan Mountain".
