【摘要】：在经济新常态下,中国旅游产业在产业供给、市场需求、发展方式等方面也呈现出一些新特征,但旅游业极易受到外界不确定因素的影响。有突发因素,如经济危机、“非典”、战争等。有自然因素,比如海啸、地震、台风等。还有监管漏洞,如“青岛大虾”事件,导游骂人打人事件,甚至财产诈骗等。这些因素都会影响一个地区或国家旅游业的健康发展,所以研究一个国家或地区的旅游市场景气,不仅能推动旅游业、相关企业的发展,还能为旅游者提供更好的服务。本文结合北京旅游市场的特点,试图构建城市旅游市场景气的研究框架,同时尝试构建北京旅游市场的模型及测量方法,来编制北京旅游市场景气指数。本文主要综合采用了统计分析法、文献研究法、定性以及定量分析法、描述性研究法等。通过阅读各类文献,本文总结出了国内外景气指数的突出应用以及旅游市场景气研究的不同方法,着重分析了旅游市场的影响因素,然后通过合成指数法编制北京市的景气指数。编制北京旅游市场景气指数将对北京的旅游业健康发展发挥着重要的作用。一方面从宏观的角度看,旅游市场景气指数能够为政府对旅游行业以及周边相关产业的宏观调控提供有力依据。另一方面从微观的角度看,对于旅游市场企业包括酒店、旅行社、餐饮以及交通运输等提供了科学的运作策略研究参考。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal state of economy, China's tourism industry also presents some new characteristics in terms of industrial supply, market demand, development mode, etc. However, tourism is easily affected by external uncertainties. There are sudden factors. Such as the economic crisis, "SARS", war and so on. There are natural factors, such as tsunamis, earthquakes, typhoons, and so on. There are also regulatory loopholes, such as the "Qingdao Shrimp" incident, the attack by tour guides, Even property fraud. These factors will affect the healthy development of tourism in a region or country. Therefore, studying the tourism market prosperity of a country or region can not only promote the development of tourism and related enterprises, According to the characteristics of Beijing tourism market, this paper tries to construct the research framework of urban tourism market prosperity, and at the same time try to build the model and measurement method of Beijing tourism market. This paper mainly adopts statistical analysis, literature research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, descriptive research and so on. This paper summarizes the outstanding application of the boom index at home and abroad and the different methods of the tourism market boom research, and emphatically analyzes the influencing factors of the tourism market. Then compiling the prosperity index of Beijing through the composite index method. Compiling the prosperity index of the Beijing tourism market will play an important role in the healthy development of Beijing's tourism industry. On the one hand, from a macro point of view, The tourism market boom index can provide a strong basis for the government to regulate and control the tourism industry and related industries. On the other hand, from a micro perspective, for tourism market enterprises, including hotels and travel agencies, Catering as well as transportation and so on provides the scientific operation strategy research reference.
