钟山风景区旅游景点可达性研究

【摘要】:旅游景点是旅游景区的基本构成单元。提高旅游景点的可达性对于提高景区发展的整体性、均衡性,增强景区的旅游综合竞争力和可持续发展能力具有重大作用。交通是连接旅游客源地和旅游目的地的媒介,旅游景区交通的便捷程度是影响旅游景点可达性的最基本、也是最重要的因素。本文以钟山风景区为研究区,借助ArcGIS网络分析功能,设立不同的指标和模型评价旅游景点的可达性,揭示景区空间结构特征,为旅游资源的优化配置、潜在旅游资源的合理开发、景区旅游规划提供决策依据。 本文主要的研究工作有:(1)通过实地调研和资料收集,建立包括旅游景点、道路交通网络以及停车场、公交站、观光车站等交通服务设施在内的钟山风景区旅游景点可达性研究专题数据库。(2)通过分析旅游景点可达性的影响因素,结合钟山风景区的实际情况,建立不同的旅游交通模式下和不同的空间视角下旅游景点可达性评价指标体系和评价模型。(3)以基于最短时间的旅游景点可达性评价模型为基础,对比研究了旅游景区(点)的机动车可达性、公共交通可达性和步行可达性,以及旅游景区(点)的进入可达性、外部可达性、内部可达性和综合可达性。制作了多项可达性专题地图,揭示旅游点的空间分布特征。(4)针对可达性评价结果,提出旅游景点可达性的优化方案,以促进钟山风景区旅游的可持续发展。 案例研究发现: (1)不同的旅游交通模式对旅游景点可达性的影响力不同,自驾游览模式的影响力最大,公共交通游览模式其次,步行游览模式最小。 (2)中山陵景区、明孝陵景区和灵谷寺景区的旅游景点的进入可达性、外部可达性、内部可达性和综合可达性有明显的差异,造成景点间可达性水平差异的因素有景点的区位、周边交通服务设施的分布、观光车线路的设置等。同时也证明可达性是分析景区空间结构的一种行之有效的方法。 (3)旅游景点可达性的提高依赖于景区内部道路交通系统的建设与优化。钟山风景区对机动车限行的政策使得旅游景点可达性水平的提高只能依靠景区内公共交通系统的优化。本文根据旅游景点可达性分析结果,提出了包括增设4条景区间观光车线路、1条灵谷寺内环线、1条明孝陵内部线路在内的旅游景点可达性优化方案,对钟山风景区的发展有一定的指导作用。
[Abstract]:Tourist attractions are the basic units of scenic spots. Improving the accessibility of tourist attractions can improve the integrity and balance of the development of scenic spots. It is very important to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness and sustainable development ability of scenic spots. Traffic is the medium to connect tourist destinations and tourist destinations, and the convenient degree of traffic in scenic spots is the most basic factor affecting the accessibility of tourist attractions. Taking Zhong Shan scenic spot as the research area, with the help of the function of ArcGIS network analysis, this paper sets up different indexes and models to evaluate the accessibility of tourist attractions, reveals the spatial structure characteristics of scenic spots, and optimizes the allocation of tourist resources. The rational exploitation of potential tourism resources and the tourism planning of scenic spots provide the basis for decision-making. The main research work of this paper is: (1) through field research and data collection, establishing tourist attractions, road traffic networks, parking lots, public transport stations, By analyzing the influence factors of accessibility of tourist attractions, including traffic services such as sightseeing stations and other transportation facilities in Zhong Shan Scenic spots, the thematic database on accessibility of tourist attractions of Zhong Shan Scenic spots, and combining with the actual situation of Zhong Shan Scenic spots, In this paper, we establish the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the accessibility of tourist attractions under different modes of tourism traffic and different spatial perspectives, which is based on the model of accessibility of tourist attractions based on the shortest time. In this paper, the vehicle accessibility, public transport accessibility and walking accessibility of scenic spots, as well as access and external accessibility of scenic spots are studied. Internal accessibility and comprehensive accessibility. A number of thematic maps of reachability are made to reveal the spatial distribution characteristics of tourist spots. (4) based on the results of accessibility evaluation, an optimization scheme for the accessibility of tourist attractions is put forward. In order to promote the sustainable development of Zhong Shan scenic spot tourism. The case study found that:. (1) the influence of different tourist transportation modes on the accessibility of tourist attractions is different, the self-driving tour mode has the greatest influence, the public transport tour mode is the second, and the walking tour mode is the least. (2) there are obvious differences in the entry accessibility, external accessibility, internal accessibility and comprehensive accessibility of the tourist attractions of Zhongshan Mausoleum, Ming Xiao Mausoleum and Linggu Temple scenic spots. The factors contributing to the difference in accessibility level among scenic spots are the location of scenic spots. It is also proved that accessibility is an effective method to analyze the spatial structure of scenic spots. The improvement of the accessibility of tourist attractions depends on the construction and optimization of the internal road traffic system of the scenic spots. Zhong Shan's policy of restricting motor vehicles makes the improvement of the accessibility level of tourist attractions only depend on the public transport within the scenic spots. According to the results of the reachability analysis of tourist attractions, This paper puts forward a plan of optimizing the reachability of tourist attractions, including the addition of four scenic spots and the establishment of one inner ring line of Linggu Temple and one inner route of Ming Xiao Mausoleum, which has certain guiding effect on the development of Zhong Shan Scenic area.
