项目教学法在中职旅游管理专业教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:21世纪旅游业蓬勃发展已经成为新兴支柱产业之一,旅游业的发展对专业人才的需求规模不断扩大,中职学校旅游管理专业人才培养存在与劳动力市场需求偏离,专业教学方法陈旧,不能满足劳动力市场对人才的需求。项目教学法在中职旅游管理专业中的应用研究能够促进中职旅游管理专业的教学改革,提高学生的专业实践能力和综合素质,为其他专业的教学改革提供参考。本文综合运用文献法、问卷调查法、实验法以及访谈等方法进行研究,分析项目教学法的特点。运用杜威“做中学”和建构主义学习理论为项目教学法在中职旅游管理专业教学中的设计与应用提供必要的理论基础。项目教学法在中职旅游管理专业中的应用以先进的教学理念、“双师型”教师队伍、完备的实训实训条件、弹性的教学组织为保障;遵循项目为中心、学生主体、团队协作的、多元评价的原则;以《导游业务》专业课程实践教学为内容;提出项目教学法应用的一般步骤,包括主题的形成与设计、计划的制定与任务的实施、成果与总结几个部分。本文以中职学校《导游业务》的教学实践现状为基础,基于项目教学法构成要素的要求,通过调查和实验的研究方法,选择两个班级对所教授的《导游业务》专业课程进行项目教学法的应用,采用研究工具包括前测后测试卷、问卷调查和访谈提纲等,检验项目教学法在中职学校《导游业务》课程中应用的教学效果。通过统计分析相关实验和调查的结果得出以下几个结论:1.中职学校旅游管理专业《导游业务》专业课程的教学存在教师实践经验不足,教学理念落后;学生学习兴趣较低,自我认识不足;教学方式陈旧,实践能力培养欠缺;课程评价方式单一,影响教学效果的问题。2.项目教学法能够显著提高学生《导游业务》专业课程的成绩,是一种适用于中职学校专业技能训练的新型教学方法。3.目教学法的应用对教师的能力、教学条件以及实习实训提出更高的要求。4.项目教学法在中职学校旅游管理专业中的应用具有保障教学效果,激发学习兴趣;提高专业技能,适应社会需求;利于技能训练,适应中职专业教学;促进平等交流,融洽师生关系的效果。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the booming development of tourism has become one of the new pillar industries, the development of tourism has been expanding the scale of demand for professional personnel, secondary vocational schools tourism management professional talent training has deviated from the demand of the labor market. The application research of project teaching method in tourism management specialty of secondary vocational school can promote the teaching reform of tourism management major in secondary vocational school. To improve the students' professional practical ability and comprehensive quality, to provide reference for the teaching reform of other specialties. This paper makes a comprehensive use of the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, interview and so on. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the project teaching method. The application of Dewey's theory of "doing middle school" and constructivism provides the necessary theoretical basis for the design and application of the project teaching method in the secondary vocational school tourism management specialty. The application of vocational tourism management major to advanced teaching ideas, "double-qualified" teachers, Complete practical training conditions, flexible teaching organization as the guarantee, follow the project as the center, students as the main body, team cooperation, multiple evaluation principles, "guide business" professional curriculum practice teaching as the content; The general steps of the application of the project teaching method are put forward, including the formation and design of the subject, the formulation of the plan and the implementation of the task, the achievement and the summary. This paper is based on the present situation of the teaching practice of the guide business in the secondary vocational school. Based on the requirements of the constituent elements of the project teaching method, through the investigation and experimental research methods, two classes are selected to apply the project teaching method to the specialized course "Tour Guide Business" taught, and the research tools are adopted, including the pre-test and post-test test paper. Questionnaires and interview outlines, etc., This paper examines the teaching effect of item teaching method applied in the course of Tour Guide Business in Secondary Vocational School. Through the statistical analysis of relevant experiments and the results of investigation, the following conclusions are drawn: 1.Tourism Management Major of Secondary Vocational School. There is a lack of practical experience in the teaching of professional courses. The teaching idea is backward; the students' interest in learning is low, the self-knowledge is insufficient, the teaching method is old, the practice ability is short, the course evaluation method is single, The problem of influencing the teaching effect is that the project teaching method can obviously improve the achievement of the students'"tour guide" specialty course, and it is a new teaching method suitable for the specialized skill training of the secondary vocational school .3.The ability of the application of the project teaching method to the teachers, The application of project teaching method in tourism management major of secondary vocational school can ensure teaching effect, stimulate study interest, improve professional skill, adapt to social demand, and benefit skill training. Adapt to secondary vocational teaching; promote equal communication and harmonious teacher-student relationship.
