体验经济视角下丹江口市武当道茶庄园规划设计研究

【摘要】：2016年及2017年,中央连续两年出台“一号文件”,提出以新理念引领农业农村发展,推进农村产业融合,加强资源保护和生态修复,推动农业绿色发展,鼓励发展休闲农业、观光农业。“一号文件”的颁布,给新经济常态下我国现代农业的发展指明了方向。在这种大环境下,本文利用文献综合和实证考察相结合、理论综合与案例研讨相结合的方法,结合国内外先进典型案例,从体验经济视角出发,对湖北省丹江口市武当道茶庄园的休闲观光农业项目进行了规划设计研究。文章从自然环境条件、经营现状、经营模式入手,对丹江口市武当道茶庄园进行效益评价,探求现有模式的成功经验以及可改进之处;并从国内外典型生态茶园综合开发案例研究探讨着手,分析其特色经营模式,探索他们之所以能够扬名海外的成功之道,总结其可供借鉴的经验教训,以供规划设计丹江口市武当道茶庄园所用。对丹江口市武当道茶庄园的建设发展进行必要的SWOT分析,通过优势、劣势、机遇和挑战四个层面的分析,比较不同的战略选择,最终选择一个适合丹江口市武当道茶庄园发展的发展战略,即选择多元化经营战略与增长性发展战略。在文章的核心内容方面,笔者在走访调研、访谈交流的前提下,结合前文理论分析及国内外优秀案例研究的结论,根据丹江口市本地实际情况针对武当道茶庄园的建设,做出一个综合性的生态开发的未来发展模式规划。主要从规划思路、规划理念、设计原则、具体规划内容以及辅助系统的开发等方面进行规划设计。文章主要论述了该茶园作为新兴农业发展模式,其发展的基本功能和特征以及其主要经营内容和对地方经济的带动作用,以国内外学者关于该领域的理论研究作为理论支撑,结合园林规划、气象学、茶学等理论知识,深入研究了丹江口市道茶庄园的发展问题,对丹江口市道茶庄园进行了规划设计。通过全文研究主要得出以下结论:首先,观光茶园既是农业园区的一种形式,也是新的农业产业发展模式,其对地方经济具有重要的积极的推动作用。其次,本文通过对丹江口市道茶庄园发展的SWOT分析,认为丹江口市道茶庄园发展应该根据本地实情选择多元化经营战略与增长性发展战略。最后,通过对丹江口市武当道茶庄园进行规划设计得出,武当道茶庄园应该植根于武当山道教文化,建设成为以道教文化为主题的武当道茶休闲观光庄园,以“上善若水君自来,阴阳相济法自然”为设计主题,开发特色道茶庄园生态旅游,打造一个集茶叶种植、生产、销售、文化、科普、教育、运动、旅游为一体的综合性茶文化生态观光农业园。
[Abstract]:In 2016 and 2017, the central government issued the "No. 1 document" for two consecutive years, proposing that the new concept should lead the development of agricultural and rural areas, promote the integration of rural industries, strengthen the protection of resources and ecological restoration, promote the green development of agriculture, and encourage the development of leisure agriculture. Tourism agriculture. The promulgation of the "No. 1 document" shows the direction for the development of modern agriculture in China under the normal state of the new economy. In this general environment, this paper combines literature synthesis with empirical investigation, theoretical synthesis and case study. From the perspective of experience economy, this paper studies the planning and design of the leisure and sightseeing agriculture project of Dodang Tea Manor in Danjiangkou City, Hubei Province from the point of view of the advanced typical cases at home and abroad. This paper evaluates the benefits of Wudang Road Tea Manor in Danjiangkou City, explores the successful experience of the existing model and its possible improvement, and analyzes its characteristic management mode from the case study of typical ecological tea garden development at home and abroad. To explore the successful way for them to become famous overseas, to sum up the experiences and lessons that can be used for reference, so as to plan and design Wudang Dao Tea Manor in Danjiangkou City, and to carry out the necessary SWOT analysis on the construction and development of Wudang Dao Tea Manor in Danjiangkou City. Through the analysis of four levels of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, the author compares different strategic choices, and finally chooses a development strategy suitable for the development of Daocha Manor in Wudang City, Danjiangkou. In terms of the core content of the article, the author, on the premise of visiting investigation, interview and exchange, combined with the previous theoretical analysis and the conclusion of domestic and foreign excellent case studies, chooses the diversified management strategy and the growth development strategy. According to the actual situation of Danjiangkou City, this paper makes a comprehensive planning of the future development mode of ecological development for the construction of Daocha Manor in Wudang City. Mainly from the planning ideas, planning ideas, design principles, This paper mainly discusses the tea garden as a new agricultural development model. The basic functions and characteristics of its development, its main business contents and its driving effect on the local economy are supported by the theoretical research of domestic and foreign scholars in this field, combining with the theoretical knowledge of garden planning, meteorology, tea science, etc. This paper studies the development of Daocha Manor in Danjiangkou City, and designs the Daocha Manor in Danjiangkou City. The main conclusions are as follows: first, sightseeing tea garden is a form of agricultural park. It is also a new agricultural industry development model, which plays an important and positive role in promoting the local economy. Secondly, this paper analyzes the development of Daocha Manor in Danjiangkou City by SWOT. It is considered that the development of Daocha manor in Danjiangkou should be based on the local reality. Finally, through the planning and design of Wudang Tea Manor in Danjiangkou, it is concluded that the diversified management strategy and the growth development strategy should be selected. Wudang Taoist tea manor should be rooted in the Taoist culture of Wudang Mountain, and be built into a Wudang Taoist tea leisure and sightseeing estate with the design theme of "the Shang is good if the water comes from you, the yin and yang are natural". To develop a comprehensive tea culture ecological sightseeing agricultural park which integrates tea planting, production, sales, culture, science popularization, education, sports and tourism.
