管涔山国家森林公园游客体验质量评价研究

【摘要】：建立了包括旅游资源环境体验、旅游活动内容体验、旅游活动服务体验和旅游基础设施体验4个维度制约层次评价指标和16个维度目标层次评价指标的国家森林公园游客体验质量评价体系,利用调查问卷数据,采用模糊综合评价法测度了游客对管涔山国家森林公园景区产品体验质量。结果表明:旅游者对旅游资源和设施体验的评价较高,而对于旅游服务和旅游活动质量的评价较低。因此,提出应充分营造和展现其特有的森林自然体验环境和旅游设施体验环境;设计出富有特色的森林旅游体验活动项目;着力提高森林旅游相关设施建设力度与服务水平的政策建议。
[Abstract]:It includes the experience of tourism resources and environment, the content of tourism activities,The evaluation system of tourism activity service experience and tourism infrastructure experience, which restricts the quality of tourist experience in National Forest Park, is composed of four dimensions, one is the hierarchical evaluation index and the other is the 16-dimension target level evaluation index, and the questionnaire data are used to evaluate the quality of tourist experience.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to measure the experience quality of tourists in Guancenshan National Forest Park.The results show that tourists' evaluation of tourism resources and facilities is higher than that of tourism services and tourism activities.Therefore, it is suggested that the special forest natural experience environment and the tourism facility experience environment should be fully constructed and displayed, and the characteristic forest tourism experience activities should be designed.Policy recommendations to improve the construction of forest tourism related facilities and the level of services.
