泸沽湖生态旅游环境优化研究

【摘要】：作为地处“大香格里拉”生态旅游区和文化生态脆弱区交汇点，泸沽湖生态旅游环境发展对于促使当地使自然资源和自然环境能够繁衍生息，使人文环境能延续并得到保护具有非常重要的现实意义。让泸沽湖当地的旅游产业带动文化、生态和旅游环境与旅游开发的适应与协调，已成为当地经济社会和谐发展的主要抓手之一。根据环境体系的内容，选取适合泸沽湖生态旅游环境质量评价的指标，重点突出泸沽湖生态旅游环境的特点，选取与环境质量评价相关的评价方法，利用数学模型确定各个指标的评价方法；利用模糊综合评价法对环境质量的指标进行综合评价，计算各个指标权重树与隶属值；并且综合运用旅游学、景观生态学、社会学等学科的相关知识，以可持续发展、生态学以及环境经济学等作为理论基础对泸沽湖生态旅游环境的研究。根据泸沽湖具体情况分析生态环境的影响机制以及泸沽湖生态旅游环境的现状分析，得出在旅游容量的阈值范围内，如何促使泸沽湖流域更好的依托“大香格里拉”生态旅游区、文化生态脆弱区等多合作圈耦合平台，建立一套有针对性的融生态旅游开发、社会经济发展、传统文化资源保护等多位一体的改良式对策建议体系，希望政府及相关部门加强泸沽湖流域内对生态旅游资源规划、开发，生态环境与旅游协调发展问题的关注。为此，本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上，以泸沽湖生态旅游环境为研究对象，在旅游可持续发展理论、景观生态学理论和环境经济学理论的基础上分析泸沽湖生态环境现状及出现的问题，选取适当的评估方法及指标，较为合理、准确地对泸沽湖生态旅游环境质量进行评价。文章具体内容如下：第一部分为生态旅游环境研究的进展以及本文研究思路与方法。主要是综述了国内外关于生态旅游环境的研究概况、现状、存在的不足及今后研究重点几大方面加以概括总结；简单地介绍了本论文的具体研究方法、技术路线和研究意义；第二部分为生态旅游环境系统的研究的理论基础，在这三大理论基础上研究泸沽湖生态旅游环境提出优化对策；第三部分为泸沽湖流域生态旅游环境现状分析，分别从泸沽湖自然生态旅游环境和社会生态旅游环境两方面来写分析旅游生态环境现状；第四部分为泸沽湖生态旅游环境存在的问题及成因分析，分别从泸沽湖原生生态旅游环境问题、次生生态旅游环境问题和社会生态旅游环境问题分析；第五部分为泸沽湖生态旅游环境质量评价体系研究，这一部分是本论文的重点章节之一，根据研究区的特性，结合前人的研究成果选取了19个指标来对泸沽湖生态旅游环境质量进行定性与定量结合的综合评价，分别隶属于自然生态环境，人工环境，，社会经济环境三大决策层中；根据本文的实际情况选用了层次分析法、模糊综合评判等较为成熟的评价方法进行综合评价：结果分析表明，泸沽湖生态旅游环境体系中，自然生态环境具有极高的品质，但是普遍认为社会环境在生态旅游环境中有着重要的作用；第六部分为泸沽湖生态旅游环境优化策略，本部分是论文的重要补充和应用，通过对泸沽湖生态旅游环境的相关研究，从国内生态旅游环境现状与发展趋势出发，就泸沽湖目前生态旅游环境存在的问题以及其所面临的挑战进行了分析，并有针对性的对泸沽湖生态旅游提出了环境优化机制；第七部分为结论与展望部分，这部分主要讨论本论文所取得的成果及尚存在的缺陷，由于受到研究区资料的详实程度、时间因素以及本人目前知识水平等因素的限制和影响，本文尚存在着一定的缺陷，如自然环境重的指标值多时采用的数据更新较慢，而所引用的参数也不能很实时的反映泸沽湖生态旅游环境系统中自然环境因子的真实情况；在对于不可监测值的计算上主要是采用专家打分法，往往受客观因素差异的干扰要大于生态系统本身存在的差异等。
[Abstract]:As a vulnerable area is located in the "big Shangri-La" eco tourism area and ecological culture intersection, Lugu Lake ecological tourism environment for the development of the local natural resources and natural environment to thrive, the human environment can continue and protection has very important practical significance. For the local tourism industry in Lugu Lake to promote culture, adaptation and coordination ecological and tourism environment and tourism development, has become one of the main starting point for the harmonious development of the local economy and society. According to the content of the system, selected the Lugu Lake ecological tourism environmental quality evaluation index, features highlight Lugu Lake ecological tourism environment, select the relevant evaluation methods and evaluation of environmental quality, determine the evaluation method of each index by mathematical model; fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the environmental quality index, calculate each index weight The heavy tree and membership value; and the comprehensive use of tourism, landscape ecology, sociology and other related knowledge, to sustainable development, ecology and environmental economics as the theoretical basis of ecological environment of Lugu Lake tourism research. According to the specific circumstances of the Lugu Lake influence mechanism of ecological environment and the present situation of ecological environment of Lugu Lake tourism analysis, draw threshold in the range of tourism capacity, how to rely on the "Lugu Lake basin better Shangri-La eco-tourism area, cultural ecological fragile district and other cooperative coupling platform, establish a set of targeted financial ecological tourism development, the social and economic development, improved countermeasures system of traditional cultural resources protection of more than one. I hope the government and relevant departments to strengthen the planning of ecological tourism resource in Lugu Lake river basin development, ecological environment and tourism development coordination Attention.
Therefore, based on the previous results, the ecological tourism environment of Lugu Lake as the research object, the theory of sustainable development, analysis of the current situation of ecological environment in Lugu Lake based on landscape ecology theory and environmental economics theory and the problems of selection and index, the suitable evaluation method is more reasonable and accurate evaluation of tourism Lugu Lake ecological environment quality. The specific contents are as follows:
The first part is the research progress of ecological tourism environment and the research ideas and methods. Mainly reviews, research on ecological tourism environment and the status quo at home and abroad, to summarize the existing problems and future research focus on several aspects; simply introduces the specific research methods of this paper, the technical route and research significance;
The second part is the theoretical basis for the study of ecotourism environment system. On the basis of these three theories, the Optimization Countermeasures for the study of the eco-tourism environment of Lugu Lake are put forward.
The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the eco-tourism environment in the Lugu Lake basin. It analyzes the current situation of the tourism eco-environment from two aspects: the Lugu Lake natural eco-tourism environment and the social eco-tourism environment.
The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the eco-tourism environment in Lugu Lake.
The fifth part is the Lugu Lake ecological tourism environmental quality evaluation system research, this part is one of the key chapter of this paper, according to the characteristics of the study area, combined with previous research results by selecting 19 indexes to evaluate the qualitative and quantitative combination of the tourism environmental quality of the Lugu Lake ecological, belonging to the natural ecological environment, artificial environmental, social and economic environment three decision-making; according to the actual situation of this paper with analytic hierarchy process, comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and evaluation of mature methods. The results indicate that the ecological tourism environment system of Lugu Lake, the natural ecological environment with high quality, but it is generally believed that the social environment plays an important role in the ecological tourism environment;
The sixth part is the Lugu Lake ecological tourism environment optimization strategy, this part is an important supplement and application of this paper, the research on ecological environment of Lugu Lake tourism, starting from the current situation and development trend of ecological environment of domestic tourism, Lugu Lake ecological tourism environment at present problems and challenges faced are analyzed, and targeted the Lugu Lake ecological tourism proposed environment optimization mechanism;
The seventh part is the conclusion and outlook section, this part mainly discusses the achievements and defects still exist, because the study area by the level of detailed data, the time factor and my current knowledge level constraints and influence, this paper still has some defects, such as the natural environment for the weight of index value the data update is slow, the real situation of natural environmental factors and the referenced parameters can not reflect the real-time Lugu Lake ecological tourism environment system; in the calculation can not be monitoring value is mainly used by experts, is often affected by the objective factors to differences differences greater than the ecosystem itself.
