济宁市环城游憩带旅游开发战略研究

【摘要】：环城游憩带是城市和乡村之间的互动开放空间，是本地居民和游客出游、休憩的新型体验场，有利于促进城乡之间的交流、促使当地政府和居民保护生态环境、促进城市和农村之间的文化、经济、信息交流，促进区域旅游业和社会的全面发展。济宁是“孔孟之乡”、“运河之都”，拥有丰富的旅游文化资源，是我国著名的旅游胜地，但休闲游憩发展却还处于初级阶段。研究济宁环城游憩带开发战略是非常有必要的。论文第一部分主要介绍了研究的背景、国内外研究情况、研究方式等内容；第二部分介绍了环城游憩带开发的有关理论与基本情况，分析了济宁环城游憩带开发条件及存在问题；第三部分主要通过SWOT分析法指出了济宁市环城游憩带开发存在的优势、劣势、面临的机遇和挑战等；第四、第五部分主要介绍了济宁市环城游憩带开发战略制定及实施策略，在swoT矩阵的基础上得出了so、wo、sT、 wT战略及相应的发展思路，分析了环城游憩带开发营销策略实施；第六部分针对战略实施提出了济宁环城游憩带开发战略实施保障措施；第七部分主要是结论和展望。本文通过设计并发放调查问卷，对济宁市居民休闲游憩状况进行了抽样调查，总体上能较好的反映客源市场特征和各项指标，并通过SWOT分析法对环城游憩带开发战略进行了详细分析，，提出了可行性发展思路，对传统旅游城市旅游业转型发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The urban recreation zone is an interactive open space between the city and the countryside. It is a new experience place for local residents and tourists to travel and rest. It is helpful to promote the communication between urban and rural areas and to promote the local government and residents to protect the ecological environment.Promote cultural, economic and information exchange between urban and rural areas, and promote the overall development of regional tourism and society.Jining is "the hometown of Confucius and Mencius" and "the Capital of Canal", which is rich in tourist cultural resources and is a famous tourist resort in China, but the development of leisure and recreation is still in its infancy.It is necessary to study the development strategy of Jining Roundabout Recreation Zone.The first part of the paper mainly introduces the research background, the domestic and foreign research situation, the research method and so on, the second part introduces the related theory and the basic situation of the development of the recreation belt around the city.The third part mainly points out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of the recreation belt around the city of Jining through the SWOT analysis; fourth, the paper analyzes the development conditions and existing problems of the recreation belt around the city of Jining, and points out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of the recreation belt around the city of Jining by SWOT analysis.The fifth part mainly introduces the development strategy and the implementation strategy of the recreation belt around the city of Jining. Based on the swoT matrix, the strategy and the corresponding development ideas are obtained, and the implementation of the development and marketing strategy of the recreation belt around the city is analyzed.The sixth part puts forward the protection measures for the development of Jining City Recreation Zone, and the seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.By designing and issuing questionnaires, this paper makes a sampling survey on the leisure and recreation status of residents in Jining, which can reflect the characteristics of the tourist market and various indicators.The development strategy of the recreation belt around the city is analyzed in detail through SWOT analysis, and the feasible development idea is put forward, which has certain reference significance for the transformation and development of the tourism industry in the traditional tourism city.
