民族地区游客对旅游环境影响的感知与行为研究

【摘要】：基于游客环境影响感知视角,选取西南三个典型少数民族聚居区作为研究案例地,运用SPSS与AMOS分析软件,构建游客旅游环境影响感知、态度与行为的因果关系模型。研究显示少数民族旅游地游客对旅游环境影响认知、行为存在以下四条规律:游客对旅游正面环境影响的感知与其满意度高度正相关;游客对旅游正面环境影响的感知与其环保行为密切关联;游客对旅游负面环境影响的感知不影响游客满意度;游客环保行为与其对负面环境影响的感知及游客满意度没有必然关联。据此,提出完善监管调控机制、实施国民环境教育、加强环保设施建设等可持续发展实施建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of tourists' environmental impact perception, this paper selects three typical minority communities in Southwest China as a case study, and constructs a causal model of tourists' environmental impact perception, attitude and behavior by using SPSS and AMOS analysis software.The study shows that there are four rules in cognition of tourism environment influence of tourists in minority tourist destinations: the perception of positive environmental impact of tourists is highly positively correlated with their satisfaction;Tourists' perception of the positive environmental impact of tourism is closely related to their environmental protection behavior, and tourists' perception of the negative environmental impact of tourism does not affect the satisfaction of tourists.The environmental behavior of tourists is not necessarily related to their perception of negative environmental impact and tourist satisfaction.Based on this, the author puts forward some suggestions for sustainable development, such as perfecting the mechanism of supervision and control, carrying out national environmental education and strengthening the construction of environmental protection facilities.
