青州市旅游业可持续发展研究

【摘要】：上世纪80年代,全球范围内出现各种异常气候及重大环境污染事件,世界性的生存环境危机日益严峻,人们逐渐认识到无休止的掠夺式的发展模式的错误性,开始对自身的发展模式进行反思。在此背景下,联合国世纪环境与发展委员会于1987年在《我们共同的未来》的报告中首先创造性的提出了可持续发展的理论,其基本定义是:“可持续发展是既满足当代人的需要,又不对后代人满足其自身需求的能力构成危害的发展”。可持续发展这一先进性的理论一问世,便快速获得了世界各国及有识之士的共鸣和响应。到目前为止,可持续发展的理论已经是世界各国及地区间发展社会、经济、文化的大的战略指导方针及目标。当前,旅游业的规模及经济效益在经济社会中的比重越来越大,旅游业的发展也应当遵循可持续发展的要求,实现对资源的持续、有序利用。旅游业的可持续发展理论是建立在可持续发展理论和旅游产业在发展历程中出现的环境污染、原生态生活方式破坏等突出问题之上。其重视旅游业的持续、平稳发展,平衡旅游者与当地原住民之间的各项关系,保证子孙后代同样享用自来资源带来的发展机遇,以达到旅游业在社会经济、生态环境、人文和谐三方面利益的协调。青州旅游资源丰富多彩、历史文化悠久,具有独特的观赏性和感染力,具备发展旅游业的优势条件。但是,随着近年来对青州旅游业高投入及高开发,出现了一系列的问题急需要解决。本文以可持续发展理论为基础,通过对青州市旅游业发展现状的调查研究,探讨青州市旅游业当前存在的问题,提出可持续发展是实现青州旅游业健康发展的唯一道路,并对青州市旅游业发展中存在的问题提出了一些对策。本文通过广泛搜集资料、调查走访,利用所学到各学科知识及研究方法,处理分析问题,阐述了青州市旅游业实现可持续发展所具有的优势条件,并分析解决青州市旅游业可持续发展中存在的问题,对实现青州市旅游业可持续发展提出了建议。本文的创新主要有以下几点:(1)将可持续发展理论用于青州市旅游业的发展。(2)通过横向分析比较,提出青州市旅游业发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In the 1980s, there appeared a variety of abnormal climate and major environmental pollution events around the world, and the world survival environment crisis was becoming increasingly severe. People gradually realized the error of the endless predatory development model. Began to reflect on its own development model. In this context, the United Nations Commission on Environment and Development for the Century first creatively proposed the theory of sustainable development in its 1987 report "our Common Future". Its basic definition is: "Sustainable development is a development that meets the needs of the present generation and does not endanger the ability of future generations to meet their own needs". The theory of sustainable development, as soon as it comes out, has gained the resonance and response of all countries and people of insight in the world. Up to now, the theory of sustainable development has been the strategic guideline and goal of developing society, economy and culture among countries and regions in the world. At present, the scale and economic benefit of tourism are increasing in the economic society. The development of tourism should follow the requirements of sustainable development and realize the sustainable and orderly utilization of resources. The theory of sustainable development of tourism is based on the theory of sustainable development and the prominent problems such as environmental pollution and the destruction of the original ecological way of life in the course of development of tourism industry. It attaches importance to the sustained and steady development of tourism, balances the relationships between tourists and indigenous peoples, and ensures that future generations will equally enjoy the development opportunities brought about by their own resources, in order to achieve tourism in the socio-economic and ecological environment, Coordination of interests in three aspects of Humanistic Harmony. Qingzhou has rich and colorful tourism resources, has a long history and culture, has a unique appreciation and appeal, and has the advantages of developing tourism. However, with the high investment and development of Qingzhou tourism in recent years, there are a series of problems that need to be solved urgently. Based on the theory of sustainable development, through the investigation and research on the present situation of tourism development in Qingzhou, this paper discusses the existing problems of tourism in Qingzhou, and points out that sustainable development is the only way to realize the healthy development of tourism in Qingzhou. And put forward some countermeasures to the problems existing in the tourism development of Qingzhou City. Through extensive collection of data, investigation and interview, using the knowledge and research methods of various disciplines, this paper deals with the analysis of the problems, and expounds the advantages of the sustainable development of tourism in Qingzhou. The problems existing in the sustainable development of tourism in Qingzhou are analyzed and some suggestions are put forward to realize the sustainable development of tourism in Qingzhou. The innovation of this paper is as follows: 1) applying the theory of sustainable development to the development of tourism industry in Qingzhou City. (2) through the horizontal analysis and comparison, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of tourism industry in Qingzhou City are put forward.
