巴马长寿旅游环境游客感知研究

【摘要】：长寿旅游地是以完好的长寿环境为显性吸引物,以独特的自然环境为基础载体，以当地居民的生产生活状态形成的人文环境为支撑而构成的自然人文景观和谐并存的原生态旅游地。因其具有独特的长寿旅游资源和休闲养生环境，现代城市群体对长寿旅游有强烈的旅游欲望，其市场发展前景广阔。旅游是一种与环境密切相关的活动，旅游者与旅游环境充满了互动，也相互影响。本研究从文献综述入手，对旅游及长寿旅游环境等的研究历程做了分析及相关概念的界定；并概述了巴马县的自然地理特征及社会经济状况、巴马县长寿环境的影响因素等。在总结前人对旅游环境评价的方法基础上，从游客感知角度出发，针对长寿旅游环境的独特性、层次性和复杂性，根据旅游者的感知设计调查问卷，运用方差分析法、SERVQUAL评价方法、因子分析法等，借助Excel、SPSS等统计工具对游客感知的巴马长寿旅游环境进行了定量定性评价。运用信度分析确定问卷的可靠性，方差分析对游客感知长寿旅游环境重要性进行差异分析，得出不同社会属性的游客对巴马长寿旅游环境重要性的感知差异性情况；另外对旅游环境各项问题的重要性和质量数据的整理和运算，得到各项指标在游客心理的具体情况；并采用SERVQUAL方法分析，得到游客感知重要性与感知质量的差距；最后通过因子分析方法结合调查数据进行游客感知质量综合评价得到各游客感知长寿旅游环境质量综合得分及所有被调查游客的综合平均分。研究表明：此调查问卷是具有可靠性的；不同社会属性的游客对长寿旅游环境的感知是有显著性差异的；游客感知长寿旅游环境重要性较高，均值达4.218；质量表现感知一般，均值为3.442；感知重要性与质量表现之间的差距较大，总差值为-0.776；游客对长寿旅游环境质量的综合评价得分为2.399，显示巴马长寿旅游环境总体上在游客心理不太理想。在对游客感知巴马长寿旅游环境进行详细分析的基础上，，结合IPA方法（即重要性-绩效表现分析法）进行分析，将量化得出的各评价因子质量的优劣及其对巴马长寿旅游发展的重要程度，最后根据各项影响长寿旅游环境的因素在IPA分析图中的位置提出几点提升巴马长寿旅游环境质量的途径。
[Abstract]:The long - lived tourist destination is a original ecological tourist site with a perfect long life environment as a dominant attraction, a unique natural environment as the base, and a harmonious coexistence of natural and humanistic landscape, supported by the human environment formed by the local residents' living conditions. The city group has a strong tourist desire for long life tourism, and its market has a bright future. Tourism is a kind of activities closely related to the environment. Tourists and tourism environment are full of interaction and mutual influence.
This study, starting with the literature review, analyzes the research process of tourism and long life tourism environment and defines the related concepts, and summarizes the natural geographical features and social and economic conditions of Bama County, and the influencing factors of the longevity environment in Bama County. On the basis of summarizing the predecessors' methods of Tourism environmental evaluation, it is from the perspective of tourists' perception. In view of the uniqueness, hierarchy and complexity of the longevity tourism environment, according to the tourists' perceived design questionnaire, variance analysis, SERVQUAL evaluation method, factor analysis, and other statistical tools, such as Excel, SPSS and other statistical tools, the tourists perceived Bama longevity tourism environment were quantitatively and qualitatively evaluated. Reliability analysis was used to determine the question. The analysis of variance analysis on the importance of tourists' perception of longevity tourism environment is analyzed, and the difference of perceived difference between the tourists with different social attributes on the importance of Bama longevity tourism environment, the importance of various problems in the tourism environment and the adjustment and operation of the quality data are also obtained, and various indexes are obtained in the tourist psychology. The difference between the perceived importance of tourists and the perceived quality is obtained by the SERVQUAL method. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of the tourists' perceived longevity tourism environment quality and the comprehensive average score of all the tourists are obtained by the factor analysis method combined with the survey data. The questionnaire is reliable; the tourists with different social attributes have significant differences in the perception of long life tourism environment; tourists have higher awareness of longevity tourism environment, the average value is 4.218, the average quality performance is 3.442, the difference between perceived importance and quality performance is larger, the total difference is -0.7 76, the score of tourists' comprehensive evaluation of longevity tourism environmental quality is 2.399, indicating that the longevity tourism environment of Bama is generally not ideal in tourists' psychology.
On the basis of the detailed analysis of the tourists' perception of Bama longevity tourism environment and the analysis of the IPA method (that is, the importance performance analysis method), the quality of the evaluation factors and the importance of the longevity tourism development of Bama are quantified. Finally, the factors affecting the longevity tourism environment are analyzed in the IPA analysis. The location of the map puts forward several ways to improve the quality of longevity tourism environment.
