基于模糊综合评价法的西安市免费公园游客满意度评价

【摘要】：免费公园在城市中扮演着重要旅游资源的角色,是城市旅游功能的有益补充,但目前游客满意度的研究还没有兼顾到免费公园的特殊性,因此有必要对免费公园的游客满意度进行测评研究。以西安市免费公园为例,运用模糊综合评价法进行游客满意度评价,发现影响免费公园游客满意度的显著因子,探讨基于游客满意度的免费公园发展策略。结果表明:游客对西安市免费公园的满意度达到基本满意水平;通过Pearson相关系数分析发现公园的总体环境卫生、花草树木景观、遮阳避雨设施等是影响满意度的显著因子;通过对14项评价因子的重要度—满意度分析,得出免费公园在发展中的优势与弱势,针对不同象限提出3种发展策略:重点发展,保持发展和后续持续发展。Ⅲ象限内的因子是西安市免费公园的弱势,是今后公园管理与发展的重点,有针对性地解决问题,提高免费公园的满意度,从而促进西安市旅游业的健康,完善,快速发展。
[Abstract]:The free park plays an important role as a tourist resource in the city and is a useful supplement to the tourism function of the city. However, at present, the research on tourist satisfaction has not taken into account the particularity of the free park. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the tourist satisfaction of free parks. Taking the free park in Xi'an as an example, this paper applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the tourist satisfaction, finds out the significant factors affecting the tourist satisfaction of the free park, and probes into the development strategy of the free park based on the tourist satisfaction. The results showed that the satisfaction of the tourists to the free parks in Xi'an reached the basic satisfaction level, and the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that the overall environmental hygiene of the park, the landscape of flowers and trees, the sunshade and rain shelter facilities were the significant factors affecting the satisfaction. Based on the analysis of the importance and satisfaction of 14 evaluation factors, the advantages and disadvantages of the free park in the development are obtained, and three development strategies for different quadrants are put forward. The factors in the third quadrant are the weakness of the free park in Xi'an and the key point of the park management and development in the future. We should solve the problem and improve the satisfaction of the free park. In order to promote the health of Xi'an tourism, perfect, rapid development.
