移动互联网环境下携程网在线旅游发展问题研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,我国经济始终处于平稳快速发展状态下,在线旅游业作为同互联网息息相关的一个新兴产业,其促进经济增长的作用愈发明显,旅游业持续快速的增长,使得全球范围内对于旅游业促进经济发展作用的重视程度不断提高。旅游业的兴起与发展,在世界范围内都有着显著的表现,从而吸引了大量的创业人士加入,成为旅游业从业者。根据当前形势,在线旅游业正在一个发展的关键时期,伴随着消费水平的提升,前所未有的市场需求与客户体验应运而生,特别是移动互联网的兴起,旅游业新的浪潮一波接着一波,在线旅游企业之间的必争之地逐渐变成移动互联网平台。得益于越来越大的旅游市场与日益提高的在线渗透率,给在线旅游市场带来了广阔的前景。但是起步较晚、技术落后与法律法规的不完善,给了我国在线旅游的发展产生了较大阻力,如何发展多借鉴与国外的成功企业。当前,国内在线旅游企业也都注意到这些问题,开始结合国情,研究出真正适合国内在线旅游市场的发展模式。本文首先简单地介绍了我国在线旅游行业的概况,同时介绍了我国当前在线旅游业基本情况,并提出在线旅游行业面临的问题。其次,介绍携程网发展历程与现状。再次,通过对携程网进行PEST分析以及SWOT分析,分析总结了携程网核心竞争优势及劣势。之后,根据在线旅游业存在的问题,结合携程网发展现状,提出携程网依靠移动互联网发展的改进与建议。最后,总结本论文主要研究的问题和方法,对于携程网在线旅游业如何在未来发展提出建议,进一步展望在线旅游业的发展。本文通过分析研究得出的结论是:携程网,包括整个在线旅游业,想要继续发展,应当抓住移动互联网迅速发展的机遇,依靠大数据、产品与运营模式的创新、融合与合作等手段,提升企业与行业在线渗透率。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, China's economy has been in a stable and rapid state of development. As a new industry closely related to the Internet, the role of online tourism in promoting economic growth is becoming more and more obvious, and tourism continues to grow rapidly. So that the global attention to the role of tourism to promote economic development has been increasing. The rise and development of tourism has a remarkable performance in the world, which attracts a large number of entrepreneurs to join the tourism industry. According to the current situation, online tourism is in a critical period of development. With the improvement of consumption level, unprecedented market demand and customer experience emerge as the times require, especially the rise of mobile Internet. With the new wave of tourism, the competition between online tourism enterprises has gradually become a mobile Internet platform. Thanks to the growing tourism market and increasing online penetration, online tourism market brings broad prospects. However, the late start, backward technology and imperfect laws and regulations have caused great resistance to the development of online tourism in China. At present, domestic online tourism enterprises also pay attention to these problems, and begin to study the development model of domestic online tourism market. This paper first introduces the general situation of China's online tourism industry, and at the same time introduces the basic situation of China's current online tourism industry, and puts forward the problems faced by the online tourism industry. Secondly, introduce the development course and current situation of Ctrip. Thirdly, through the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis of Ctrip, the core competitive advantages and disadvantages of Ctrip are summarized. Then, according to the existing problems of online tourism, combined with the current situation of Ctrip, the paper puts forward the improvement and suggestions of Ctrip relying on mobile Internet development. Finally, this paper summarizes the main research issues and methods, for Ctrip online tourism in the future development suggestions, and further prospects for the development of online tourism. The conclusion of this paper is: if Ctrip, including the whole online tourism industry, wants to continue to develop, it should seize the opportunity of rapid development of mobile Internet, rely on big data, product and operation mode innovation. Integration and cooperation means to enhance the online penetration of enterprises and industries.
