武汉市都市农业旅游可持续发展研究

【摘要】：本文以可持续发展理论为指导,以武汉市为例,构建武汉市都市农业旅游的发展系统理论框架,并以此为依据,搭建可持续发展指标体系,对武汉市都市农业旅游进行评价分析得出如下结论:(1)都市农业旅游必须走可持续发展的道路,必须运用系统思维与方法进行认识与分析。都市农业旅游可持续发展系统由一“产业经济”、“资源环境”、“社会文化”三个方面组成,可实现城乡协调、环境保育、社会效益彰显三大功能。(2)在2009-2015年间,武汉市都市农业旅游资源可持续发展指数变化较为平稳,整体上呈现曲折上升的趋势,2009-2011年持续增长,由0.4291增长到0.6691,2012年呈现下降趋势,为0.5124, 2013-2015年又持续上升,从0.6485增长到0.9531。表明武汉市在经济社会快速发展的同时,还能保持都市农业旅游生态环境的稳定发展,表明武汉市经济社会发展已经逐步呈现由重视速度逐渐向经济、生态同步发展转型。(3)在2009-2015年间,武汉市都市农业旅游经济综合指数表现出明显的增长态势,从2009年较低水平的0.0562平稳增长到2015年的1.5645,表明武汉市近年来推进都市农业旅游取得了较好的效果,都市农业旅游经济增长迅速,都市农业旅游产业基础不断巩固,增长趋势明显高于都市农业来旅游资源指数,表明都市农业旅游生态环境仍然滞后于产业的发展。(4)在2009到2015年间,武汉市都市农业旅游社会文化指数稳步发展,呈现持续增长的态势,从2009年的0.1480增长到2015年的1.1655,说明武汉市都市农业旅游产业经济的快速发展也带动了都市农业旅游社会文化的快速发展,说明经济发展对文化发展具有强大的促进作用。(5) 2009-2015年间,武汉市都市农业旅游可持续发展综合指数呈现持续增长的态势,从2009年的最低值0.3868增长到2015年最高值1.4135,按照增长趋势对武汉市都市农业旅游可持续发展进行划分,2009-2010年为准备阶段,2011年-2014年为快速增长阶段,2015年为基本实现阶段。由此可见,武汉市都市农业旅游可持续发展格局基本形成,产业了较明显的产业经济效益、社会文化效益,逐步实现了生态环境的协调可持续发展。(6)针对武汉市都市弄而已旅游可持续发展分析结果,建立武汉市都市农业旅游可持续发展路径,并提出强化政策扶持力度、强化人才培训力度、加强生态保育力度、进一步挖掘农村民俗四个方面的建议。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the theory of sustainable development and taking Wuhan as an example, this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the development of urban agricultural tourism in Wuhan, based on which, the index system of sustainable development is set up. The conclusion is as follows: 1) Urban agricultural tourism must follow the road of sustainable development and must be understood and analyzed by systematic thinking and method. The sustainable development system of urban agri-tourism is composed of three aspects: "industrial economy", "resource environment" and "social culture". It can realize the coordination of urban and rural areas, environmental conservation and social benefits. The index of sustainable development of urban agricultural tourism resources in Wuhan is relatively stable, and the overall trend is a tortuous upward trend. From 0.4291 to 0.6691 in 2009-2011, the index of sustainable development of urban agricultural tourism resources in Wuhan City increased steadily from 0.4291 to 0.6691, and decreased to 0.5124 in 2012, and continued to rise from 0.6485 to 0.9531 in 2013-2015. It shows that Wuhan can maintain the stable development of the urban agricultural tourism ecological environment while the economic and social development of Wuhan city is rapid, indicating that the economic and social development of Wuhan city has gradually taken on the trend from paying attention to the speed and gradually to the economy. During the period 2009-2015, the comprehensive index of urban agri-tourism economy in Wuhan showed an obvious growth trend. From a low level of 0.0562 in 2009 to 1.5645 in 2015, this indicates that Wuhan has achieved good results in promoting urban agricultural tourism in recent years, the economic growth of urban agricultural tourism has been rapid, and the industrial foundation of urban agricultural tourism has been constantly consolidated. The growth trend is obviously higher than the index of urban agricultural tourism resources, which indicates that the ecological environment of urban agri-tourism still lags behind the development of industry.) from 2009 to 2015, the social and cultural index of urban agri-tourism in Wuhan developed steadily. The trend of sustained growth, from 0.1480 in 2009 to 1.1655 in 2015, shows that the rapid development of the urban agri-tourism industry economy in Wuhan has also led to the rapid development of the urban agri-tourism social culture. It shows that economic development has a strong promoting effect on cultural development.) during 2009-2015, the comprehensive index of sustainable development of urban agri-tourism in Wuhan shows a trend of continuous growth. From the lowest value of 0.3868 in 2009 to the highest value of 1.4135 in 2015, the sustainable development of urban agricultural tourism in Wuhan is divided into preparation stage from 2009-2010 to 2015, rapid growth stage from 2011 to 2014 and basic realization stage from 2015 according to the growth trend. Thus, it can be seen that the sustainable development pattern of urban agricultural tourism in Wuhan City has basically formed, and the industry has achieved more obvious industrial economic benefits and social and cultural benefits. The coordinated and sustainable development of ecological environment has been realized step by step. (6) aiming at the analysis results of tourism sustainable development in Wuhan, the sustainable development path of urban agricultural tourism in Wuhan has been established, and the policy support is put forward. Strengthen the training of talents, strengthen ecological conservation, and further explore the four aspects of rural folklore.
