关中印象袁家村旅游项目发展潜力评价

【摘要】：乡村旅游项目作为新兴旅游业态和农业发展模式,已成为统筹城乡发展、缩小城乡差距、化解经济发展与生态保护矛盾、转变农业发展方式、促进农村产业结构转型升级的重要途径。为进一步强化落实国家及各省市乡村旅游项目建设方案,明确“十三五”期间发展建设着力点,因此,如何评价乡村旅游项目发展潜力,厘清各层次指标实际状况,确定后期发展建设举措,最大程度地挖掘发展潜力,实现乡村旅游项目可持续发展已成为社会各界重点关注的问题之一。鉴于以上问题和关中印象袁家村旅游项目的具体情况,本研究在相关文献归纳总结与分析研究的基础上,构建乡村旅游项目发展潜力综合评价指标体系,在AHP(18份有效问卷)和模糊综合评价(92份有效问卷)相结合进行统计分析的基础上,深入剖析了关中印象袁家村旅游项目发展潜力的综合表现与各层次指标状态,为政府相关部门、行业主管及项目实施单位等相关部门提供决策依据。本研究工作的主要研究结论可概括为以下几点：(1)结合关中印象袁家村旅游项目的实际情况,有针对性地提出并构建了乡村旅游项目发展潜力评价指标体系,主要涵盖基础保障力、内在竞争力、外在支撑力等三大方面10个维度的47项指标；(2)采用AHP层次分析法对关中印象袁家村旅游项目发展潜力评价指标体系权重进行了确定,可以发现针对袁家村旅游项目在后续发展潜力提升建设过程中,基础保障力所占比重最大为0.540,其中生态环境和基础设施所占权重分别为0.443和0.387,内在竞争力所占比重0.297排名第二,其中景观质量和辅助性设施所占权重分别为0.512和0.242,外在支撑力所占比重0.163排名第三,其中综合管理所占权重为0.594;(3)采用模糊综合评价法对关中印象袁家村旅游项目发展潜力进行测度,其综合得分为2.759,较一般略低,二级指标基础保障力、外在支撑力、内在竞争力得分分别为2.498分、2.882分和3.210分,三级指标中亟需快速提升与改善的方面主要为生态环境、基础设施、旅游体验、辅助性设施、人力资源质量提升与宏观支持。
[Abstract]:As a new tourism industry and agricultural development model, rural tourism project has become a comprehensive planning of urban and rural development, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, resolving the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection, and changing the mode of agricultural development. The important way of promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural industrial structure. In order to further strengthen the implementation of the national, provincial and municipal rural tourism project construction programs, and to clarify the focus of development and construction during the 13th Five-Year Plan, how to evaluate the development potential of rural tourism projects and clarify the actual situation of indicators at all levels, It has become one of the most important issues for the society to determine the measures of development construction in the later period, to tap the development potential to the greatest extent, and to realize the sustainable development of rural tourism projects. In view of the above problems and the specific situation of Guanzhong impression Yuan Jia Village Tourism Project, this study, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant literature, constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of rural tourism project development potential. On the basis of the combination of AHP(18 (valid questionnaire) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (92 valid questionnaires), this paper analyzes the comprehensive performance of the development potential of the tourism project in Guanzhong impression Yuan Jia Village and the index state of each level. Provide decision-making basis for relevant government departments, industry supervisors and project implementation units. The main research conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: 1) combining with the actual situation of Guanzhong impression Yuan Jia Village Tourism Project, this paper puts forward and constructs the evaluation index system of the development potential of rural tourism project. This paper mainly covers 47 indexes of 10 dimensions, including basic security, internal competitiveness, external support, etc.) using AHP Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the weight of evaluation index system of Guanzhong impression Yuan Jia Village tourism project development potential is determined. It can be found that in the process of promoting the development potential of the tourism project in Yuan Jia village, the proportion of basic support power is 0.540, in which ecological environment and infrastructure account for 0.443 and 0.387 respectively, and the proportion of intrinsic competitiveness is 0.297 second. The weight of landscape quality and auxiliary facilities were 0.512 and 0.242 respectively, and the proportion of external support was 0.163 in third place.
