【摘要】：久居城市的人们时刻被钢铁森林和雾霾包围,感受着城市快进式的发展节奏,身负着沉重的工作和生活压力,对轻松、惬意的田园生活有了更为深切的亲近感。农业生态旅游在这种大的时代背景下应运而生,它远离都市的喧嚣,能为众多的城市人提供返璞归真、亲近自然、享受绿色健康饮食的环境,满足了大众的需求。农业生态旅游通过高度还原农家生活、劳作、饮食等因素,让游客参与其中,在简单的民俗生活中获得精神和物质的满足感。目前,我国城市周边的农业生态旅游项目发展前景看好。在此背景下,洋河镇充分挖掘全镇资源,坚持以生态旅游为突破,以“美丽经济”引领洋河新发展。本文以生态农业观光的相关理论为基础,通过对洋河镇农业旅游资源的实地研究分析,分析洋河镇发展生态农业观光园的自然社会经济条件和必要性,同时运用SWOT分析法对洋河镇发展生态农业观光园项目进行优势、劣势、机会、威胁分析,并对洋河镇生态农业观光园项目进行客源市场、营销策略与效益进行分析,提出了洋河镇观光农业发展的对策及建议,以观光服务型农业为基础模式,统一规划合理布局精细功能分区、开放融资渠道引进社会资金支持、拓展旅游项目种类提升游客体验度、引进农业新技术开发现代农业、深层次开发延长产业链条。探索适合洋河镇的观光农业模式。对洋河镇生态农业观光园准确认识发展机遇,充分利用自身优势,展现洋河特色,具有重要现实意义。对其他地区发展生态农业观光园也具有参考意义。
[Abstract]:People living in the city are surrounded by steel forest and haze all the time, feel the rapid development rhythm of the city, bear the heavy pressure of work and life, and have a deeper affinity for the relaxed and comfortable pastoral life. Agricultural ecotourism emerges as the times require in such a big background, it is far from the noise of the city, it can provide a return to nature for many urban people, close to nature, enjoy the environment of green and healthy diet, and meet the needs of the public. Agricultural ecotourism through the highly restored farm life, work, diet and other factors, so that tourists participate in the simple folk life in the spirit and material satisfaction. At present, our country city periphery agricultural ecotourism project development prospect is bright. Under this background, Yanghe Town fully excavates the resources of the whole town, insists on taking ecotourism as the breakthrough, and takes "beautiful economy" to lead the new development of Yanghe River. Based on the theory of eco-agricultural tourism, this paper analyzes the natural social and economic conditions and necessity of the development of eco-agricultural tourism park in Yanghe Town through the field research and analysis of agricultural tourism resources in Yanghe Town. At the same time, SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of developing eco-agricultural sightseeing park project in Yanghe Town, and the tourist market, marketing strategy and benefit of the eco-agricultural sightseeing garden project in Yanghe Town are analyzed. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of sightseeing agriculture in Yanghe Town are put forward. Based on the model of sightseeing service-oriented agriculture, the rational layout and fine functional zoning are unified, and the financing channels are opened to introduce social capital support. Expanding the types of tourism projects to enhance the tourist experience, introducing new agricultural technology to develop modern agriculture, deep development and extension of the industrial chain. To explore the suitable tourist agriculture model of Yanghe Town. It is of great practical significance to accurately understand the development opportunities of Yanghe Town Eco-agricultural sightseeing Park, make full use of its own advantages and show the characteristics of Yanghe River. Other areas to develop ecological agricultural tourism park also has reference significance.
