城市旅游游客集散中心选址模型与规划策略研究

【摘要】:城市旅游业现如今广受青睐,游客集散中心在世界各地不断普及,自助游客迅速增加,面对庞大市场需要,城市游客集散中心作为城市的一项旅游基础设施和新兴的旅游运作方式应运而生。新生事物的出现带来旅游业新兴浪潮,伴随着快捷方便的服务,势必存在因发展而延伸的缺陷。透析上海,北京等游客集散中心相对成熟系统模式,引此为鉴,比较不同规模的城市选址模式存在相似与差异性。本文从理论研究到实践应用,探究游客集散中心选址从以下方面入手:1.游客集散中心的选址主要考虑在城市重要交通枢纽和景观景点附近,重要交通枢纽包括:火车站、汽车站、飞机场、高铁站等;重要景观景点包括:体育场、广场,具有代表城市名片性质的景点。2.提出有机生长模式在游客集散中心选址模式的应用,系统搜集全国代表性城市游客集散中心的位置,归纳出游客集散中心选址布局模式分为:以古都城市西安为代表的卫星式布局模式、以旅游业和城市规模较小天镇为代表的副中心布局模式、以城市经济繁荣上海为代表的核心式布局模式、以受地域影响呼和浩特为代表的带状扩展式布局模式。3.以大同为例,了解大同市的气温气候、地形地貌、历史文化、旅游名胜,得出大同适合做游客集散中心选址的位置分别为:新南站、火车站、飞机场、华严寺和云冈石窟景点附近。4.采用层次分析法,将火车站和华严寺景点这两个备选位置建立矩阵模型。依据城市规划条例,确定游客集散中心的选址受区域交通格局、潜在开发格局、旅游发展格局和景观生态格局这四个格局的影响。5.改变“人”的认识转变社会改革,要从博弈论观点看待旅游发展中的游客集散中心发展。市场虽然需要导向和监管,但是更多要从思想认识出发。本论文的研究希望能对今后城市旅游集散中心选址和完善有所帮助,实现旅游集散中心决策的科学性和可持续发展性。
[Abstract]:Urban tourism is now very popular, tourist centers are becoming popular all over the world, self-help tourists are increasing rapidly, and they are facing the needs of a huge market. As a tourism infrastructure and a new mode of tourism operation, urban tourist distribution center emerges as the times require. The emergence of new things brings a new wave of tourism, along with the rapid and convenient services, there are bound to be due to the development of the extension of defects. This paper analyzes the relatively mature system model of tourist distribution centers such as Shanghai and Beijing, and draws lessons from this, and compares the similarities and differences of different scale city location models. This article from the theory research to the practice application, the inquiry visitor distribution center location starts from the following aspects: 1. The location of tourist distribution centers is mainly considered in the vicinity of major transport hubs and scenic spots in the city. Important transport hubs include railway stations, bus stations, airports, high-speed rail stations, and so on; important scenic spots include: stadiums, squares, etc. Scenic spots that represent city business cards. The application of organic growth model in the location model of tourist distribution center is put forward, and the location of tourist distribution center in representative city of China is systematically collected. The location pattern of tourist distribution center is divided into satellite layout model represented by ancient capital city Xi'an, and sub-center layout mode represented by tourism industry and small Tianzhen city. The core layout model, represented by the prosperity of urban economy, is Shanghai, and the zonal extended layout pattern, represented by the regional influence of Hohhot. Take Datong as an example, understand the temperature and climate, landform, history and culture of Datong, and find out that Datong is suitable for selecting the location of tourist distribution center: Xinnan Railway Station, Railway Station, Airport, Huayen Temple and Yungang Grottoes near. 4. A matrix model of railway station and Huayen Temple scenic spot is established by using AHP (Analytic hierarchy process). According to urban planning regulations, the location of tourist distribution center is affected by four patterns: regional traffic pattern, potential development pattern, tourism development pattern and landscape ecological pattern. To change the cognition of "human" and change the social reform, we should treat the development of tourist center in tourism development from the point of view of game theory. Although the market needs guidance and regulation, but more from the ideological understanding. It is hoped that the research in this paper will be helpful to the location and perfection of the urban tourism distribution center in the future, and to realize the scientific and sustainable development of the decision-making of the tourism distribution center.
