高职旅游院校学生专业态度与学习动力水平的相关调查分析

【摘要】：目前高职旅游院校学生普遍存在着学习动力不足、奋斗目标模糊等问题,有些学生甚至有厌学情绪。在授课和与学生接触的过程中发现学生的专业态度对其学习动力水平有一定的影响。为此文章对高职旅游院校的674名大学生进行了问卷调查,根据统计分析发现,就读专业符合入学期望、喜欢就读专业、认为就读专业与自己职业很有关系、根据就读专业制订学习计划、清楚自己所读专业的职业发展前景等因素对学习动力水平有重要影响。
[Abstract]:At present, the students of higher vocational tourism colleges generally have some problems, such as lack of learning motivation and vague goals, and some students even have the feeling of weariness of learning. In the course of teaching and contact with students, it is found that students' professional attitude has a certain influence on their learning motivation. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 674 college students in higher vocational tourism colleges. According to the statistical analysis, it was found that studying major accords with the expectation of admission, likes to study major, and thinks that studying major is closely related to one's own occupation. Making a study plan according to the major and knowing the career development prospect of one's major have important influence on the learning motivation level.
