全域旅游视角下庆元县旅游发展与建议

【摘要】：庆元县地处浙江省西南部浙闽两省交界处,是九山半水半分田的山岳型地区,县城面积狭小,人口分布集中,乡镇村落主要分布在峡谷和河流沿线,不利于大规模发展工业和农业。但庆元县拥有得天独厚的自然环境,是中国生态环境第一县,同时,庆元县还是中国香菇城、中国廊桥之乡、革命老区,和中国铅笔生产基地、中国竹制品生产基地、中国食用菌产业基地。近年,庆元县政府提出要把旅游业发展成为庆元县的战略性支柱产业。本文通过对全域旅游含义和相关理论,以及国内外开发模式的研究,分析庆元县发展全域旅游的可能性和必要性,提出庆元县全域旅游的开发思路和开发建议。站在全域旅游视角下,研究庆元县情,通过资料调查、实地考察、SWOT模型运用等方法,对庆元发展全域旅游的条件进行分析,提出庆元县全域旅游开发思路。明确庆元县发展全域旅游的市场定位应立足生态资源,以打造养生旅游目的地为未来的发展方向,深化“十二五”期间,庆元县委县政府提出的“寻梦菇乡,养生庆元”的发展目标。针对乡村旅居、自驾市场,打造“纵情山水,美'旅'乡村”;针对避暑养生、度假市场,打造避暑佳地,乐养菇城;培养香菇产业成为庆元县旅游发展的核心产业;重点做好避暑养生产业、工贸旅游产业和乡村旅居产业等。根据《庆元县国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》和《庆元县十三五旅游发展规划》,以及庆元县重点项目建设情况等,提出庆元县发展全域旅游的区域布局构想。站在全域旅游视角下,对庆元县全域旅游开发提出三方面的软硬件重点建设建议。一是以重点旅游项目建设构建全域旅游发展框架,以四大旅游区块建设休闲旅游区,以“三小镇一乐园”建设打造工贸旅游区,以农业园开发打造农业旅游区,以百山祖景区为龙头建设避暑旅游区,以休闲娱乐运动项目开发建设乡村旅游区,以不同景观为主题分段打造观光旅游区。二是以多元化产业融合全面推进全域旅游开发,做好农旅融合、工旅融合、文旅融合、体旅融合、商旅融合、林旅融合。三是以旅游产业要素提升促进全域旅游服务品质的提高,培育本地特色餐饮,完善住宿类型结构,发展和壮大旅行社,鼓励开发旅游商品,拓展娱乐业形式。本文通过对全域旅游的研究,论证了全域旅游理念在庆元县旅游业发展中的实践应用,旨在丰富县域范围全域旅游的研究,为政府部门、旅游经营者,以及有兴趣参与庆元旅游的人士提供参考。
[Abstract]:Qingyuan County is located at the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian provinces in the southwest of Zhejiang Province. It is a mountainous area with half water and half farmland in Jiushan. The county seat is small and the population is concentrated. Villages and towns are mainly distributed along canyons and rivers. It is not conducive to the large-scale development of industry and agriculture. But Qingyuan County, with its unique natural environment, is the first county in China's ecological environment. At the same time, Qingyuan County is also the Chinese mushroom city, the township of China's Langqiao, the old revolutionary area, the Chinese pencil production base, and the Chinese bamboo production base. China edible fungus industry base. In recent years, Qingyuan County government proposed to develop tourism as a strategic pillar industry in Qingyuan County. This paper analyzes the possibility and necessity of developing global tourism in Qingyuan County through the study of the meaning and related theory of global tourism and the development mode at home and abroad, and puts forward the development ideas and suggestions of Qingyuan County. From the perspective of global tourism, this paper studies the situation of Qingyuan County, analyzes the conditions of Qingyuan's development of global tourism by means of data investigation, field investigation and application of SWOT model, and puts forward the ideas of developing Qingyuan County's whole region tourism. To make clear the market orientation of Qingyuan County to develop tourism in the whole region should be based on ecological resources, take building health tourism destination as the future development direction, deepen the period of "12th Five-Year Plan", the county government of Qingyuan County Party Committee and county government put forward "seek dream mushroom township", The development goal of health celebration. Aiming at rural sojourn, self-driving market, creating "wild scenery, beautiful 'travel' country"; aiming at summer health, holiday market, building summer vacation good place, cultivating mushroom industry become the core industry of tourism development in Qingyuan County; Focus on the summer health industry, industry and trade tourism industry and rural sojourn industry. According to the outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of Qingyuan County and the Tourism Development Plan of the 13th Five-Year Plan of Qingyuan County, as well as the construction of key projects in Qingyuan County, this paper puts forward the regional layout of Qingyuan County for the development of tourism in the whole region. From the perspective of global tourism, this paper puts forward three key construction suggestions of software and hardware in Qingyuan County. The first is to build a framework for global tourism development with the construction of key tourism projects, a leisure tourism area with four major tourist blocks, an industrial and trade tourism area with the construction of "three towns and one Paradise", and an agricultural tourism area with the development of an agricultural park. Taking Baishanzu Scenic area as the leading part to build the summer resort, to develop and construct the rural tourism area by the leisure and entertainment sports project, and to make the tourist area with different landscape as the theme. The second is to comprehensively promote the development of tourism in the whole region with diversified industry integration, and do a good job in the integration of agricultural, industrial, cultural, physical, commercial, forest and tourism. The third is to promote the improvement of tourism service quality with tourism industry elements, cultivate local characteristic catering, perfect the structure of accommodation type, develop and strengthen travel agencies, encourage the development of tourism commodities, and expand the forms of entertainment industry. Through the research of the whole region tourism, this paper demonstrates the practical application of the whole area tourism idea in the tourism development of Qingyuan county, aiming at enriching the research of the county area whole area tourism, for the government department, the tourism operator, And interested in participating in Qingyuan tourism to provide reference.
