辽宁省旅游公共服务供给研究

【摘要】：需求变化是加速旅游服务方式转变的催化剂,是促进旅游产业升级换代的助推器。在旅游发展的初期,人们对旅游的要求的不高,基本属于快餐式的旅游。在该阶段,旅游者对公共服务的需求不明显,旅游公共服务基本能够满足旅游者的需求。随着大众旅游的发展,外出旅游者的规模进一步扩大,旅游者的旅游方式更加灵活化,旅游目的地的边界愈发模糊。这一变化提高了旅游者对旅游公共服务的需求。现有的旅游公共服务已经难以满足旅游者的公共需求。旅游公共服务已经成为影响旅游产业运行效率,制约旅游业可持续、健康发展的重要因素。因此,如何解决这一矛盾,为旅游者提供公益化、便捷化、高效化和人性化的旅游公共服务成为现阶段我国各地政府需要解决的重要课题。自改革开放以来,辽宁的旅游业得到快速发展,在国民经济中的地位不断提升。虽然辽宁省在旅游公共服务的建设上取得了一些成果,但是相对我国其他旅游业发达的省份来说,辽宁省旅游公共服务的供给中还存在很多问题。因此,本文从供给的角度对辽宁省旅游公共服务的供给问题进行研究,以期为完善辽宁省旅游公共服务提出一些合理化的建议。首先,在综述国内外旅游公共服务研究成果的基础上,本文结合公共管理学、经济学等相关理论知识,阐述了旅游公共服务的基本理论。其次,本文运用文献分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法对辽宁省旅游公共服务的供给情况进行调查研究。再次,本文建立了旅游公共服务供给水平评价指标体系,并根据该评价指标体系对辽宁省旅游公共服务的整体情况进行了系统的评价。最后,本文根据以上分析和评价结果,为完善辽宁省旅游公共服务供给提出一些建议和措施,希望能为优化辽宁旅游公共服务供给,促进辽宁旅游健康发展提供一些参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The change of demand is the catalyst to accelerate the transformation of tourism service mode and the booster to promote the upgrading of tourism industry. In the early stage of tourism development, people's demand for tourism is not high, basically belongs to fast-food tourism. In this stage, tourists' demand for public services is not obvious, tourism public services can basically meet the needs of tourists. With the development of mass tourism, the scale of outbound tourists is further expanded, the tourism mode of tourists becomes more flexible, and the boundary of tourist destinations becomes more blurred. This change has increased the demand of tourists for tourism public services. The existing tourism public services have been difficult to meet the public needs of tourists. Tourism public service has become an important factor that affects the efficiency of tourism industry and restricts the sustainable and healthy development of tourism. Therefore, how to solve this contradiction, to provide tourists with commonweal, convenient, efficient and humanized tourism public service has become an important issue that our governments need to solve at the present stage. Since the reform and opening up, Liaoning's tourism industry has been developing rapidly and its status in the national economy has been continuously improved. Although Liaoning Province has made some achievements in the construction of tourism public service, there are still many problems in the supply of tourism public service in Liaoning Province compared with other provinces with developed tourism. Therefore, this paper studies the supply of tourism public service in Liaoning Province from the point of view of supply, in order to put forward some reasonable suggestions for perfecting tourism public service in Liaoning Province. First of all, on the basis of summarizing the research results of tourism public service at home and abroad, this paper expounds the basic theory of tourism public service by combining the relevant theoretical knowledge of public management and economics. Secondly, this paper investigates the supply of tourism public service in Liaoning Province by the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and interview. Thirdly, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of tourism public service supply level, and systematically evaluates the overall situation of tourism public service in Liaoning Province according to the evaluation index system. Finally, based on the above analysis and evaluation results, this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the supply of tourism public services in Liaoning Province, hoping to optimize the supply of tourism public services in Liaoning Province. To promote the healthy development of Liaoning tourism to provide some reference and reference.
