导游人员传播旅游文化的途径、方法与影响因素研究

【摘要】:导游人员可以说是传播旅游文化的“桥梁”和“纽带”,通过讲解和介绍的形式传播旅游文化。在旅游业中,无论旅游景观有多么吸引人,旅行社组织、招徕多少旅游者,最终直接面对旅游者,最直接接触旅游者的就是导游员,所以导游人员的言谈举止、行为活动在很大程度上影响旅游者对某一地区旅游文化的印象,决定着旅游者对其旅游文化的认知。旅游文化是在整个旅游实践活动中所创造的一切财富的总括,自然也包括旅游审美活动。旅游者如何能够对某一地的物质上和精神上的一切事物感兴趣,产生强烈的认知度,那就靠导游人员的审美引导了。那么,导游人员在传播旅游文化中处于怎样的位置以及发挥哪些作用;导游人员是如何传播旅游文化,传播的内容是什么,,通过哪些途径与方式进行传播的;怎样提升导游人员的旅游文化传播,对策与方法是什么。以上这些是本文要探讨的主要内容。诚然,有关导游人员理论的研究已经开始,尤其是有一些学者已经在运用相关理论研究其在旅游文化传播中所扮演的角色与地位,但参酌内容的外延还有待于加强。 本文以研究牡丹江市镜泊湖旅游风景区的导游对本地区旅游文化传播的影响为主旨,旨在从导游人员在传播旅游文化过程中的所处的地位与所产生的作用、导游人员对旅游文化的传播途径和方法、导游人员传播旅游文化的影响因素,探讨导游人员在旅游文化传播中的影响因素。主要分析牡丹江市镜泊湖导游人员在旅游文化传播中存在的若干问题,就目前牡丹江市各旅游相关部门采取的一系列措施与方法,从中找出隐藏的不足的地方,给出相应的整改意见与建议,希望对提升镜泊湖风景区导游人员的旅游文化传播会所以帮助,进而扩大区域间文化的渗透与交融。
[Abstract]:Tour guides can be said to be the "bridge" and "tie" to spread tourism culture, and to spread tourism culture through explanation and introduction. In the tourism industry, no matter how attractive the tourist landscape is, how many tourists are attracted and how many tourists are organized by the travel agency, and in the end, the tourist guides are the most direct contact tourists, so the tour guides talk and behave. To a great extent, behavioral activities affect tourists' impressions of tourism culture in a certain area and determine tourists' cognition of tourism culture. Tourism culture is the sum of all the wealth created in the whole tourism practice, and naturally includes tourism aesthetic activities. How tourists can be interested in material and spiritual things in a certain place and have a strong sense of understanding depends on the aesthetic guidance of tour guides. Then, what is the position of tour guides in the communication of tourism culture and what role they play, how do tour guides spread tourism culture, what is the content of communication, through which ways and means of communication; How to improve the tourism cultural communication of tour guides, what are the countermeasures and methods? These are the main contents of this paper. It is true that the research on the theory of tour guide personnel has already begun, especially some scholars have already applied the relevant theory to study its role and position in the travel culture dissemination, but the extension of the reference content still needs to be strengthened. The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of tour guides in Jingpohu Lake tourist scenic spot in Mudanjiang City on the dissemination of tourism culture in this area, aiming at the role of tour guides in the process of spreading tourism culture. The way and method of tour guide's spreading to tourist culture, the influencing factors of tour guide's spreading tourist culture, and the influencing factors of tour guide's communication in tourism culture are discussed. This paper mainly analyzes some problems of tour guides in Jingpohu Lake, Mudanjiang City, and finds out the hidden deficiencies from a series of measures and methods adopted by various tourism departments in Mudanjiang City at present. The corresponding suggestions and suggestions are given in this paper. It is hoped that it will help to promote the tour cultural communication club of tour guides in Jingbo Lake Scenic area, and then expand the infiltration and blending of regional culture.
