本溪市旅游业改革研究

【摘要】：在整体经济状况不好的情况下,本溪市旅游业依然保持逆势增长,但是旅游业同时也存在很多不容忽视的问题,从前把发展重点放在需求侧,通过刺激需求的方式拉动旅游经济增长,却忽略了旅游业本身存在的问题。这些问题日积月累,逐渐凸显,制约了旅游业的发展,改革刻不容缓。在进行旅游业改革的过程中,既要借鉴国内外的先进经验,又要结合本地实际情况进行创新。本溪市旅游业改革主要应从三个方面着手:一是本溪市政府及相关组成部门应积极采取措施推进本溪市旅游业改革,各司其职,互相配合;二是指导旅游企业成立旅游行业协会及其分会,促进已经成立的导游员协会及其商会与政府脱钩,充分发挥协会和商会的作用;三是要根据本溪市的资源情况,制作专项旅游规划,发展适合本市情况的专项旅游。
[Abstract]:Despite the poor overall economic situation, Benxi's tourism industry is still growing against the trend, but at the same time there are many problems that cannot be ignored. In the past, the focus of development was on the demand side. By stimulating demand to stimulate tourism economic growth, but ignore the problems of tourism itself. These problems gradually highlight, restricting the development of tourism, reform is urgent. In the process of tourism reform, we should not only learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad, but also innovate with local conditions. The tourism reform of Benxi should be carried out from three aspects: first, the government of Benxi and its related departments should take active measures to promote the reform of tourism in Benxi, each performing its duties and cooperating with each other; The second is to guide tourism enterprises to set up tourism industry associations and their branches, to promote the decoupling of established tourist guides' associations and their chambers from the government, and to give full play to the role of associations and chambers of commerce; third, according to the resources of Benxi City, Make special tourism planning and develop special tourism suitable for the situation of this city.
