我国青少年户外运动服务供给现状、问题和对策研究

【摘要】：运用文献资料、问卷调查、实地考察等研究方法,对青少年户外运动服务供给现状、现存问题和完善思路进行研究。研究发现,我国青少年户外运动服务供给表现出:供需两旺:服务的生产与购买主体;多元合作:不同类型生产主体合作;噱头频出:鼓吹、传播各类口号;规模庞大:冬夏活动营蓬勃发展等诸多特点。青少年户外服务供给存在如下问题:服务供给主体资格混杂,以新进入者为主;产品和服务缺乏针对性,以修改成人服务为主;从业人员资质欠缺,以户外运动参与者为主;监管空白,风险防范以个人意外伤害保险为主。应该通过如下措施完善我国青少年户外服务供给:推进户外俱乐部分级分类管理;强化针对性青少年户外运动产品开发;规范青少年户外运动指导员从业资格认证;加强风险监控意识,提高风险防范能力。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and field investigation, the present situation, existing problems and perfect ideas of outdoor sports service for teenagers are studied. The study found that the supply of juvenile outdoor sports services in China shows: supply and demand are flourishing: service production and purchase main body; pluralistic cooperation: different types of production main body cooperation; gimmicks frequently: advocate, spread all kinds of slogans; Large scale: winter and summer activity camp vigorous development and many other characteristics. The following problems exist in the supply of youth outdoor service: the main qualifications of the service providers are mixed, mainly by the new entrants; the products and services are lack of pertinence to modify the adult service; Regulatory gaps, risk prevention to personal accident injury insurance. The following measures should be adopted to improve the supply of juvenile outdoor service in China: to promote the classified management of outdoor clubs, to strengthen the development of targeted youth outdoor sports products, to standardize the qualification certification of adolescent outdoor sports instructors; Strengthen the awareness of risk monitoring, improve the ability of risk prevention.
