【摘要】：本文运用战略管理的理论,着重分析了日本和中国漆器的产业及未来发展情况、中国漆器国际竞争力、以及中国漆器产业的发展策略和发展前景,提出中国漆器业发展方向：将漆器产业化运营,形成漆器产品在高、中、低档各级的产品组合；培育漆器产业环境包括漆树资源环境、宣传媒件环境、政策扶持环境、漆器从业人员环境,从而为漆器市场提供良好的运营基础；从而形成独具特色的漆器产业发展模式。并且应在政府有序的保护下发展中国漆器产业,创立漆器产业基地,扶持漆器文化产业的产业化运营发展,在政策、技术人员上给予扶持与帮助,同时培育漆器消费者土壤,开展形式多样的培训、教育,提升大众对漆器的认识度,并培养漆器技术人才。同时在产品开发性上应多开发现代生活实用领域的漆器,并在技术上不断创新,制造富有生命力与实用性的漆器。本文先对研究背景进行分析,说明研究的主要内容及研究漆器的意义,再通过运用相关理论进行综述,包括：产业发展理论、文化产业管理理论,在此基础上着重分析了漆器行业现状,其中首先对漆器行业进行介绍、再研究中国漆器行业的发展进程、并对中国漆器现状进行分析、提出振兴中国漆器的意义,继而对日本漆器行业发展现状进行解读,提出中国漆器业发展的对策建议、最后总结观点。本文的主体内容包括：研究背景及研究的主要内容、相关理论分析、漆器行业现状分析、中国漆器行业发展进程、日本漆器发展现状、同时提出中国漆器业发展的对策建议,包括中国漆器产业的挑战与机遇、目标定位、实施措施,提出结论。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper analyzes the lacquer industry of Japan and China and its future development, the international competitiveness of Chinese lacquer ware, and the development strategy and prospect of Chinese lacquer industry. The development direction of lacquer ware industry in China is put forward as follows: industrialization of lacquer ware, forming of lacquer ware product combination at high, medium and low levels, cultivation of lacquer ware industry environment including lacquer tree resource environment, propaganda media piece environment, policy support environment, Lacquer industry environment provides a good operating basis for lacquerware market, and forms a unique lacquer industry development model. And we should develop China's lacquer industry under the government's orderly protection, establish lacquer ware industry base, support the industrial operation and development of lacquer ware culture industry, give support and help in policy and technical personnel, and at the same time cultivate lacquer ware consumer soil. Develop various forms of training, education, improve public understanding of lacquer, and cultivate lacquer technology personnel. At the same time, we should develop the lacquer ware in the practical field of modern life in product development, and make the lacquer ware full of vitality and practicability by constantly innovating in technology. This paper first analyzes the research background, explains the main contents of the study and the significance of the study of lacquer ware, and then through the use of relevant theories to summarize, including: industrial development theory, cultural industry management theory, On this basis, the present situation of lacquer ware industry is emphatically analyzed. Firstly, the lacquer industry is introduced, then the development process of Chinese lacquer ware industry is studied, and the present situation of Chinese lacquer ware is analyzed, and the significance of revitalizing Chinese lacquer ware is put forward. Then the author interprets the present situation of lacquer industry in Japan and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of lacquer industry in China. The main contents of this paper include: research background and main contents of the study, related theoretical analysis, lacquer industry status analysis, China lacquer industry development process, Japanese lacquer industry development status, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of China lacquer industry. Including the challenges and opportunities of Chinese lacquer industry, target positioning, implementation measures, and put forward a conclusion.
