基于网络文本的上海入境外国游客信息需求分析

【摘要】:作为国际旅游竞争力的标志,入境旅游的发展受到广泛的关注。上海是我国主要入境旅游目的地之一,大量外国游客选择将上海作为其进入中国境内的第一站,同时调查显示这些游客以自助游为主。这些外国游客由于自然环境、国情、社会文化,语言等差异巨大,为降低不确定性所进行的旅游信息搜寻是其旅游决策不可缺少的环节,信息搜寻体验不仅直接影响到游客后续的决策,甚至影响到其对旅游目的地的满意度。并且,旅游业作为信息密集型产业,在网络及信息化高速发展的当代,旅游信息的披露显得尤为重要。旅游信息的发布与传播需建立在游客信息需求的基础上,因此本文以TripAdvisor网站外国游客在上海论坛中发布的信息需求帖为基础数据,利用扎根理论法对数据进行分析总结出外国游客的信息需求包括交通信息需求、住宿信息需求、餐饮信息需求、游览信息需求、旅游企业及从业人员信息需求、入境政策信息需求、生活服务信息需求以及指南及参考信息需求八大类;基于采集的数据将外国游客按照不同国籍、出游方式、出游目的、来沪次数进行了分类研究。为保证模型的科学性,本文引入意义建构理论范式,建立了来沪外国游客信息需求模型,基于该模型对所采集的外国游客信息需求帖进行分析发现:1.外国游客对各类信息需求往往不是孤立的,简单的旅游信息分类已无法满足游客的需求。2.国籍对于外国游客信息收集存在一定的影响,但是这些影响更多地是基于文化背景差异而导致的信息需求侧重点的不同。3.游客在发布信息需求帖时,会将影响自己信息需求的信息进行描述,依据游客的描述以及后续的信息需求分析,总结出对信息需求影响较大的因素包括游览方式、游览次数、出行目的。在以上结论的基础上为上海政府相关部门和旅游企业提出以下建议:1.政府相关部门要完善旅游局官网外文页面的旅游信息披露并增加上海的外向信息流量。2.旅游企业网站应重视英文版面的信息发布,及时更新网站信息。3.不同的旅游相关行业在披露企业自身信息的同时,还要注意与本行业相关的其他行业的信息披露,力图为外国游客提供更加全面、完整、准确的信息。
[Abstract]:As a symbol of international tourism competitiveness, the development of inbound tourism has received extensive attention. Shanghai is one of the main inbound tourist destinations in China. A large number of foreign tourists choose Shanghai as their first stop to enter China. Due to the huge differences in natural environment, national conditions, social culture, language and so on, these foreign tourists search for tourism information to reduce uncertainty is an indispensable link in their tourism decision-making. The information search experience not only directly affects the tourists' subsequent decisions, but also affects their satisfaction with the tourist destination. Moreover, tourism, as an information intensive industry, is becoming more and more important in the era of rapid development of network and information technology. The publication and dissemination of tourism information should be based on the information needs of tourists. Therefore, this paper bases on the information demand posts posted by foreign tourists in Shanghai forum on TripAdvisor website. The information needs of foreign tourists include transportation information, accommodation information, catering information, sightseeing information, tourism enterprises and employees. Based on the collected data, foreign tourists are classified according to different nationalities, ways of travel, purpose of traveling, and the number of times to come to Shanghai. In order to ensure the scientific nature of the model, this paper introduces the theory paradigm of meaning construction and establishes the information demand model of foreign tourists to Shanghai. Based on this model, the information demand posts collected by foreign tourists are analyzed and found out that: 1. Foreign tourists' demand for all kinds of information is often not isolated, the simple classification of tourism information can no longer meet the needs of tourists. 2. Nationality has a certain influence on the information collection of foreign tourists, but these influences are mainly due to the different emphasis of information demand caused by the difference of cultural background. When publishing information demand posts, tourists will describe the information that affects their own information needs. According to the description of tourists and the subsequent analysis of information needs, the factors that have a great impact on the information demand, including the way of sightseeing, the times of sightseeing, are summarized. Travel purpose. On the basis of the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward for the relevant departments of the Shanghai government and tourism enterprises as follows: 1. The relevant government departments should improve the tourism information disclosure on the foreign language pages of the official website of the Tourism Bureau and increase the outward information flow. 2. 2. Tourism enterprise website should attach importance to the information release of English layout, update website information. 3. When different tourism-related industries disclose their own information, they should pay attention to the information disclosure of other related industries in order to provide more comprehensive, complete and accurate information for foreign tourists.
