矿山废弃地的生态修复与旅游体验环境营造研究

【摘要】：低碳经济的发展和我国建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会的战略方针促进了传统重工业粗放开发模式的转型。采矿业作为传统重工业粗放开发的典型,过度开采使矿山资源逐渐枯竭,形成大量矿山废弃地,并因其长期闲置造成了环境污染、水土流失和土地资源浪费等诸多问题。可持续发展、生态环境建设和资源枯竭型城市产业转型等战略的提出和旅游消费热潮的兴起使矿山废弃地的生态修复和改造利用得到全社会重视。本文旨在通过文献研究、案例分析、实践验证等研究方法,以矿山废弃地的生态修复为基础,探索矿山旅游体验环境营造的策略。首先,对矿山废弃地、生态修复、旅游体验环境及生态修复与旅游体验环境营造的关系等相关概念进行界定,概述矿山废弃地对生态环境的影响和资源价值。从土壤、植物等方面提出矿山废弃地的生态修复内容,对矿山废弃地体验式旅游发展进行了系统分析,并阐述相关理论基础。其次,对四个国内外矿山废弃地旅游开发的优秀案例进行了分析,梳理总结设计理念、设计特点、主要功能及可借鉴内容等,得出案例启示,为设计实践提供参考依据。然后,对矿山废弃地的旅游体验环境营造策略进行了总结归纳。先梳理了矿山废弃地的三种再利用模式,包括生态复绿模式、单一复垦模式和景观再造模式,并分析了再利用模式的影响因素,即地理条件、气候条件、区域条件、周边配套、交通环境、矿山废弃地的地质地貌和矿业遗产的规模等。提出矿山废弃地的旅游体验环境营造应基于生态优先、景观安全性、尊重场地文脉、因地制宜和综合创新的五项原则。从生态修复、主题文化、空间体验、产品开发四个方面提出了矿山废弃地的旅游体验环境营造策略。最后,以鹿泉矿山废弃地为载体,对其项目背景、区位概况、场地空间概况进行了陈述,提出土地整治和植被修复等方面的具体生态修复方案。从项目定位、规划策略、功能分区、旅游产品等方面对鹿泉矿山废弃地的旅游体验环境营造进行了规划设计,将鹿泉矿山旅游发展定位为“白鹿泉矿山旅游休闲度假区”,以矿山遗存为基础,结合乡土民风和旅游热点,重点发展矿山主题旅游与生态休闲度假。
[Abstract]:The development of low-carbon economy and the establishment of resource-saving and environment-friendly society in China have promoted the transformation of extensive development mode of traditional heavy industry. As a typical example of extensive development of traditional heavy industry, mining overmining gradually exhausted the mine resources, formed a large number of mine abandoned land, and caused a lot of problems such as environmental pollution, soil erosion and land resource waste because of its long-term idle. The sustainable development, the construction of ecological environment and the industrial transformation of resource-exhausted cities, and the rise of tourism consumption upsurge make the ecological restoration and utilization of mining wasteland get the attention of the whole society. The purpose of this paper is to explore the strategies of creating the experience environment of mine tourism based on the ecological restoration of abandoned land through the methods of literature study case analysis and practice verification. Firstly, the related concepts such as mine abandoned land, ecological restoration, tourism experience environment and the relationship between ecological restoration and tourism experience environment are defined, and the impact of mine abandoned land on ecological environment and resource value are summarized. The contents of ecological restoration of mine wasteland are put forward from the aspects of soil and plant. The experience tourism development of mine wasteland is analyzed systematically, and the related theoretical basis is expounded. Secondly, this paper analyzes four excellent cases of tourism development in abandoned mines at home and abroad, summarizes the design concept, design characteristics, main functions and reference contents, and draws the inspiration of the case, which provides a reference for the design practice. Then, the tourism experience environment construction strategy of mine wasteland is summarized. This paper first combs three kinds of reusing modes of mine wasteland, including ecological regreen model, single reclamation model and landscape reusing mode, and analyzes the influencing factors of the reuse model, namely geographical condition, climate condition, regional condition, peripheral matching, etc. Transportation environment, geological landform of mine wasteland and scale of mining heritage, etc. It is pointed out that the construction of tourism experience environment of mine wasteland should be based on the five principles of ecological priority, landscape safety, respect for the context of the site, measures to local conditions and comprehensive innovation. From four aspects of ecological restoration, theme culture, space experience and product development, this paper puts forward the construction strategy of tourism experience environment of mine wasteland. Finally, taking the abandoned land of Luquan mine as the carrier, the background of the project, the general situation of the location and the general situation of the site space are stated, and the specific ecological restoration schemes of land renovation and vegetation restoration are put forward. From the aspects of project positioning, planning strategy, function zoning, tourism products and so on, the tourism experience environment of the abandoned land of Luquan Mine is planned and designed. The tourism development of Luquan Mine is defined as "Bailuquan Mine Tourism Leisure Resort area". Based on mine remains, combined with local folk customs and tourism hot spots, the development of mine themed tourism and ecological leisure vacation is emphasized.
