张家界旅游企业领导者素质提升研究

【摘要】:目前,国内旅游业已经步入快速发展时期,作为张家界服务业的主导产业,旅游业已成为拉动张家界第三产业快速发展的战略性产业支柱之一,而旅游企业领导者素质是旅游企业能否成功的关键因素之一。由于现阶段由于旅游业市场机制不健全、旅游企业管理体制不完善以及旅游企业领导者自身条件的共同影响,旅游企业发展受到一定的制约。故张家界旅游企业领导者素质模型研究势在必行,对提高旅游企业的核心竞争力,促进旅游企业发展、加快少数民族地区旅游业产业具有十分重要的意义。 本文以国内外领导者素质以及素质模型研究为基础,采用理论与实践相结合的研究方法,总结国内外专家学者的研究成果,,采用综合文献资料法、行为事件访谈的方法,构建了张家界旅游企业领导者素质模型,分为6个素质维度和28个要素指标,并以张家界为例进行调查取样,共发放500份问卷,收回486份,有效问卷458份,并对样本数据进行统计分析,提炼出6大公共因子,包括:个人特质、战略决策能力、领导能力、创新能力、关系管理能力、危机管理能力。最后在实证分析的基础上,阐述研究结果,并提出提升旅游企业领导者素质的对策,以及本文的局限性、进一步的研究展望等。
[Abstract]:At present, domestic tourism has entered a period of rapid development. As a leading industry in Zhangjiajie service industry, tourism has become one of the strategic pillars of the rapid development of the third industry in Zhangjiajie. The quality of tourism enterprise leaders is one of the key factors to the success of tourism enterprises. Due to the imperfect market mechanism of tourism industry, the imperfect management system of tourism enterprises and the common influence of the conditions of the leaders of tourism enterprises, the development of tourism enterprises is restricted to a certain extent. Therefore, it is imperative for Zhangjiajie tourism enterprise leader quality model to improve the core competitiveness of tourism enterprises and promote the development of tourism enterprises. It is of great significance to speed up the tourism industry in ethnic minority areas. Based on the research of leaders' quality and quality model at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad by combining theory with practice. Using the method of comprehensive literature and behavior event interview, this paper constructs a quality model of Zhangjiajie tourism enterprise leader, which is divided into 6 quality dimensions and 28 factor indexes. Taking Zhangjiajie as an example, 500 questionnaires are distributed. 486 copies were collected, 458 valid questionnaires were collected, and the sample data were statistically analyzed. Six common factors were extracted, including: personal trait, strategic decision ability, leadership ability, innovation ability, relationship management ability and crisis management ability. Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis, this paper expounds the research results, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of tourism enterprise leaders, as well as the limitations of this paper, further research prospects and so on.
