区域旅游经济增长的差距与收敛性研究

【摘要】：开放经济下的旅游业在社会进步与经济发展中扮演举足轻重的角色,既是稳定社会发展、增加社会就业的重要引擎,也是经济发展的新增长点和新支柱产业。与此同时不可否认的是,在旅游业的快速发展中仍然存在各种各样的不良现象,如旅游及旅游相关行业之间的恶性竞争不断加剧、地区之间旅游经济发展水平呈现不合理差距等,这些都从根本上反映了旅游经济发展水平和现有实力愈加严重的地区间不平衡现状与我国整体旅游业的稳步持续快速发展之间的严重矛盾并未得到缓解,区域间旅游经济的差距及变化阐释了各区域旅游经济利益的分配格局,体现了各区域对经济利益竞争与平衡的要求。有鉴于此,本文立足全国大样本及东、中、西部次级样本区域,基于宏观经济视角,以旅游收入为考察变量,对全国31个省市区的旅游经济增长的差距与收敛性展开系统研究。从理论意义上看,旅游经济增长差距与收敛性的研究是旅游经济增长理论的核心内容之一,一方面丰富了区域旅游经济的研究领域,另一方面完善了区域旅游研究的理论体系；从现实意义角度,在宏观政策环境良好,政府鼎力支持旅游业发展的大背景下,准确把握区域旅游经济究竟是极化增长亦或收敛增长,以及宏观经济波动如何影响区域旅游经济增长,契合了旅游经济发展的现实需要,具有重要的现实意义。论文秉持“理论剖析-实证检验-对策建议”的研究思路依次逐步展开。首先,对文章涉及的核心概念进行阐释,并对经济增长收敛假说的理论概念与主要类型进行梳理,以此奠定研究的理论基础；其次,采用全国31省市区1997-2011年的实际旅游经济数据,利用经验模态分解方法和面板数据分析方法对区域旅游经济差距发展现状、发展动因和收敛机制进行实证检验,最后,依据理论与实证结果,从区域协调发展的角度出发,提出切实可行的对策建议,为旅游经济合理化发展的深入实施提供理论支持与决策参考。
[Abstract]:Tourism plays an important role in social progress and economic development under the open economy. It is not only an important engine to stabilize social development and increase social employment, but also a new growth point and a new pillar industry of economic development. At the same time, it is undeniable that there are still various adverse phenomena in the rapid development of tourism, such as the increasing vicious competition among tourism and tourism-related industries. The level of tourism economic development between regions presents an unreasonable gap, These all fundamentally reflect the serious contradiction between the level of tourism economic development and the increasingly serious regional imbalance between the present strength and the steady and rapid development of the overall tourism industry in China, which has not been alleviated. The differences and changes in the regional tourism economy explain the distribution pattern of the regional tourism economic benefits, and reflect the requirements of each region for the competition and balance of the economic interests. In view of this, based on the national large sample and the sub-sample regions of east, middle and west, based on the macro-economic perspective, this paper makes a systematic study on the gap and convergence of tourism economic growth in 31 provinces and municipalities in China, taking tourism income as the investigation variable. From the theoretical point of view, the research on the gap and convergence of tourism economic growth is one of the core contents of tourism economic growth theory. On the one hand, it enriches the research field of regional tourism economy, on the other hand, it improves the theoretical system of regional tourism research. From a realistic point of view, under the background of good macro policy environment and the government's great support for the development of tourism, it is necessary to accurately grasp whether the regional tourism economy is polarized or convergent. And how macroeconomic fluctuations affect the growth of regional tourism economy is of great practical significance because it meets the practical needs of the development of tourism economy. The research ideas of "theoretical analysis-empirical test-countermeasures and suggestions" are carried out step by step. First of all, the core concepts involved in the article are explained, and the theoretical concepts and main types of the economic growth convergence hypothesis are combed to lay the theoretical foundation for the research. Using the actual tourism economic data of 31 provinces and municipalities from 1997 to 2011, using empirical modal decomposition method and panel data analysis method, the paper empirically tests the current situation, development motivation and convergence mechanism of regional tourism economic gap. Based on the theoretical and empirical results and from the point of view of regional coordinated development, this paper puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions to provide theoretical support and decision-making reference for the further implementation of the rational development of tourism economy.
