旅游从业者低碳素养:量表开发与维度测量

【摘要】：低碳素养是推进低碳旅游和旅游可持续发展的重要衡量指标之一。在文献综述、相关成熟量表测项借鉴、深度访谈和自编测项语句的基础上开发了旅游从业者低碳素养量表,通过对6所高校旅游管理专业学生即未来潜在旅游从业者的正式调查,采用探索性和验证性因子分析方法验证了低碳旅游素养的结构和关联维度。结果表明:低碳旅游素养由行动意愿、内控点、行动策略、生态概念、低碳知识、态度和价值观、敏感性7个维度构成,其中生态概念、低碳知识、行动意愿和行动策略对旅游低碳素养的影响力最大。研究结果对未来旅游教育中低碳知识培养、旅游业低碳管理和实践、旅旅游企业低碳员工的招聘和培训均具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Low carbon literacy is one of the important measures to promote low-carbon tourism and tourism sustainable development. On the basis of literature review, relevant maturity scale, depth interview and self-made item statement, a low carbon literacy scale for tourism practitioners was developed. Based on the formal investigation of tourism management students in 6 colleges and universities, this paper uses exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to verify the structure and correlation dimension of low-carbon tourism literacy. The results show that low-carbon tourism literacy consists of seven dimensions: willingness to act, internal control points, action strategies, ecological concepts, low-carbon knowledge, attitudes and values, and sensitivity. Action intention and action strategy have the greatest influence on tourism low carbon literacy. The results have some reference value for the future low-carbon knowledge training in tourism education, low carbon management and practice in tourism industry, recruitment and training of low-carbon employees in tourism enterprises.
